This is specifically regarding the pharmacy part of the store: Atrocious wait times and super bad customer service not once or twice but EVERY single time I come here. It's walking distance from my house so it feels like my best option but I'm considering driving elsewhere because this place is so bad.

I recommend finding a different pharmacy. It takes hours if not days to get a prescription filled. They are not very nice to you when you arrive. The pharmacy actually told me that I don’t have insurance (I do). They tried putting my insurance card through and told me that my insurance rejected the medication (I called my insurance and they never got the claim). I ended up paying out of pocket and then having to go back for a refund. I don’t know if CVS is reading these reviews and planning on making improvements? But I think if the staff had some support they would be able to do their jobs better. You can just tell that they are very overwhelmed by the volume and it is causing them to be incredibly unprofessional (yelling at customers, calling out medications, telling people who got texted that their meds were ready that the meds are not ready….)

I came to warn people how bad this CVS is and looks like many beat me to it. I've had so many horrible time wasting experiences here I must be insane to keep going back but it's literally walking distance to my house! They don't answer the phone. They don't reach out to doctors. The staff are miserable. I need my prescription to deal with people like them! Avoid at all costs!

Oh this pharmacy. Always a long line. Always 5+ people filling prescriptions for the one person working the register to serve to the patient people waiting in line. The text messages alerting you of a prescription that is ready. Ready is apparently Latin for, “not really ready, we’ll fill it if you want to wait in the store for 30 minutes after waiting in line for 15 minutes for the prescription was supposed to be ready but is not, in fact, ready” It’s fun to call and then go there and see your call is still ringing when you get to the store and the 5+ people filling prescriptions and the 1 person at the register are actively ignoring your call while going for records of longest line in a brick and mortar. It’s just awful.Avoid this pharmacy at all costs

I understand pharmacies are short-staffed everywhere so this is more of an issue with corporate and how they let their locations be run. I've never gotten a medication on time here, and when I call, I'm left on hold for over and hour then hung up on. Went down the street to a local pharmacy, got much better service. Stop giving CVS and Walgreens your business and support local pharmacies!

I have been going to this cvs pharmacy for years and the past few months have been terrible. I waited in line for 20 mins then when I finally got to the register The pharmacy tech was so rude to me and stopped checking me out halfway through, threw my prescription over to the younger (very nice) tech and told me I had to wait in line again. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I CAN NOT stress enough how this is THEE WORSE CVS I have ever been to. This is not an assessment I am making by this one visit. I am so mad because it's the one that's closest to me and I forget to tell the hospital to change it. 1st of all, the woman eating at the register while helping you is distracting. So they rejected my prescription cause "I didn't have insurance," which I do, and they would have known if they called me. So then I get there and she has attitude about it while chewing food talking to me. Then I leave and come back for the meds. They are missing one, I called, she told me I have to buy it over the counter. Im wondering why they didn't tell me that while I was there. First she was trying to convince me that the doctor told me to buy it over the counter, until I told her that it was prescribed and she said she just now seen it after going to check again. How did you miss the prescription in the first place? The line to get your meds is always so long. They always have a broken register, or not enough ppl or don't have the meds you want.

My experience in this pharmacy is downgrading day by day. There were incidents when I was told my medications are not ready but later it was found lying in a random basket inside. Yes they are understaffed but should have some accountability and customer care. Today was the worst. Pharmacy told me upfront they can't make my kids flu medicine even if order was placed several hrs ago becoz of long line and understaffed. I'm supposed to come back later..they couldn't tell me when. My kiddo needs to start meds today. It's so frustrating!!

I have been a customer here for over 10 years. The retail part of the store is fine, but the pharmacy is really going downhill. The line to drop off and pick up prescriptions spans half of the store and they just straight up do not answer the phone. I transferred to CVS in Belmont center, which is much better despite being further than my house. I hope things improve.

I went in the other day and had a question for the pharmacist, the gate was down but there was an open window. I said excuse me to get the pharmacist attention and was rudely barked at that they were closed it was 1:10 in the afternoon on a Friday. The pharmacy staff continued to loudly mock me and talk about other customers for trying to ask a question when their gate is down. There was one employee stocking shelves and two others bostrously chatting. I just left. The store was empty and given their lack of customer service it wasn't surprising.

every prescription i’ve had sent there in the last few months has been put on hold with the app saying to call the pharmacy and then the pharmacy never answers, multiple times i’ve been on hold for an hour, they need more staff or something because there’s always a line down the aisle and the phones always ringing and no one ever answers it. frequently i have to have prescriptions sent from their store to another one nearby because they never have things in stock. i’ve just started going to a different cvs because this one is so unreliable.

My walk-in experience at this store has been notably better compared to other CVS locations that I have been to. Just recently, there has been a significant increase in the lead time for prescriptions, sometimes up to 2 days. Additionally, there has been a lack of communication regarding insurance acceptance and necessary prescription changes. I experienced this firsthand when I waited for my prescription for a few days, only to find out upon visiting that my insurance did not approve my medication dose, necessitating further action with my PCP. One suggestion I have for the pharmacy staff is to refrain from loudly stating customers' medication names to ensure their privacy. During my recent visit to pick up a prescription, I could overhear others' medication names, highlighting a concern for unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.

This was the worst vaccination facility I've ever seen. I booked a kids COVID vaccine for my child here. We checked in online like the text message said but thankfully we also got in the vaccination check-in line because at this store, you have to do that even after the online check in.The staff told me to wait off to the side for a pharmacist to call our name. But everyone waiting for a vaccine was in a line where the pharmacist was giving out shots without calling any names, just first come first served. I stood in that line for an hour and I've never seen someone move so slowly than that pharmacist; I seriously questioned whether he was on drugs. It took him about 8 minutes per person. Finally, a different pharmacist relieved him and she decided to call people in the order they were registered. And a bunch of people who registered online realized that they weren't actually registered even though they'd been sitting in line with us for the last hour because they hadn't also checked in in personWhen we finally got in front of the pharmacist to get our shot, she explained that they didn't have any child vaccine doses onsite. Even though we booked this appointment online, got confirmation messages, checked in online and checked in in person with a staff member, they still managed to screw up and waste our time.My kid and I did not enjoy waiting in a crowded noisy store for over an hour. Don't come here.

I know that the pharmacy workers are only doing their best and that they’re under heavy pressure and delays all the time. However, I received a completely different prescription in my take-home bag. Whoever Diane is: I’m sorry that CVS gave me your prescription and that both of our prescriptions were delayed. At least my prescription isn’t life threatening, but what if this happened to someone else? What if I took my nightly meds in the dim light and didn’t see the different pills? In the end, I’m moving to a CVS that’s closer regardless. I could handle timeline setbacks, but negligence with our meds? That’s too far.

The worst CVS pharmacy I've been to by far. They never answer the phone and the wait times in person are super long and when you do finally get to talk to a pharmacist half the time they can't even help you. I've gotten texts telling me my prescription was was ready for pickup but when I show up they tell me it's not ready yet.
