Went to the Leonard street, Belmont branch bank managing time between busy working schedules and found out it’s temporarily closed. The bank didn’t bother to inform or update their working schedule online or by any other means to their customers. When called the bank representative over phone, she was rude and didn’t accept and acknowledge the necessity to convey the customer regarding their planned/unplanned closure times. Seems they hardly value the customers’ time.

Do not recommend, esp if you’re trying to get a promotion. Closed my account today. Brought in a $400 promotion and was told I needed to have a certain amount of direct deposits. I knew I would not be receiving direct deposits from an employer and I was clear about that and was told bank transfers would suffice. I never got the promotion so I came in to close the account. They checked why I never got the promotion and to qualify I needed to get the deposits from an employer (I set it up as transfers from another account, like the rep recommended). Rep proceeded to argue with me, but knowing I was self employed I knew I’d never get a direct deposit from a job. Total scam. Would not bank here again. Also the phone customer service when I had a problem accessing the online account was terrible - they just said to go into the bank. Sigh.

I really want to curse here but I will not. This stupid company caused my credit score dropped 96 points for an unbelievable stupid reason. I did not miss a single payment ever since I have credit score and it was all ruined because that that stupid autopay on their stupid website stopped working for 3 months and they flagged my report !!!!!! I started an auto loan with this company about a year ago, I did not know this company before, the car dealer asked me to use this company. I setup the autopay about a year ago. Then this year on June I found the my credit dropped 96 points and I then found out that my autopay just stopped working for 3 month already. I did not receive any notice that I missed payment and they just flagged me on my credit report. I immediately paid the whole amount and I called the customer service. I thought it will be easy since they can see clearly that my autopay stopped 3 month ago, all they need to do is just cancel the flag. But they replied that they totally understand my situation so they will remove the late fee. BUT according to their stupid rules, it is not their fault, a late pay is a late pay, there's nothing they can do about the flag on my credit. I then calls the customer service to find out how to set up autopay on their stupid website. It takes almost 30 mins for they own customer service to find the autopay settings. I just received my dispute result. My credit increased 39 points after the dispute but the late pay is still there. I got an late than 30 days payment record for no reason. I am going to dispute again this just makes no sense.

I actually enjoy my trips to the bank. All the ladies I've ever dealt with are incredibly pleasant. One in particular who I unfortunately can't remember her name (ironic) always remembers little details shared the visit prior. The ladies here give it a very homie/community feel to it. Doesn't feel like forced corporate kindness. It's very genuine.

Excellent, friendly customer service. They take the time to explain things thoroughly - they care about their customers.
