My two boys tutored for the ISEE when they were applying for middle school and now they have just finished tutoring for the ACT and SAT. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Yatin and her incredible staff. My current 17 year old gained over 350 points from start to finish on his SAT's! They were always so flexible when possible with kids crazy schedules. If you are thinking about tutoring your children do not call anyone else. Over 6 years of help I know their tutoring is a huge part of what has made my children succeed.

Three of my children have gone through the Tangi program for SAT prep and successfully improved their scores. My youngest child, an eleventh grader at Boston Latin School just completed the program in November and got an excellent score on the December test. This place offers small class sizes and expert teachers, but what I really like is their willingness to accommodate our tight schedules, to group certain students together to improve their study habits, and their friendly but stern teaching methods. Each of my children had different needs, but the teachers make sure to cater material to improve students’ weaknesses and keep their strengths sharp. We had sent our daughter to Tangi for SSAT tutoring. She enjoyed all the wonderful tutors she had worked with. Her improvement in her score within a few months was incredible and beyond our expectation. Many thanks to Dr. Yatin and all the teachers.

When I was looking for the SAT classes for our daughter, my friend strongly recommended Tangi. We were so impressed by this amazing center. Our daughter took SAT classes and AP Chemistry classes. The class was divided into small groups based on students' understanding of the contents. We loved their good structure as well as their flexibility. Her scores went up very quickly. Whenever I had a question on the test or college prep., I sent e-mails to Dr. Yatin. She has always been there and gave me the perfect advice. I really appreciated.

When I first arrived at Tangi Learning Center and was prepping for the ISEE, I couldn't even finish two-thirds of the Quantitative Reasoning and not even one-half of the Mathematics achievements. But after many hours of practice at Tangi Learning Center, My highest score on the real ISEE was A WHOPPING 98% AT QUANTATATIVE REASONING! My Verbal Reasoning and Reading Comprehension both scored on impressive 91%, and the Mathematics achievements an 89%. Thanks Dr.Yatin and the other of my instructors for teaching me! --------Felix

I have searched for a long time for the right academic enrichment program for my son. I considered some of the national brands, but none of them seemed to offer a very challenging and customized program.I found Tangi by chance and I am absolutely amazed by their program. My son attends a 1-hour per week tutoring session during the school year and is also enrolled in a summer school session (math, science and engineering). Watching his progress has been amazing. Tangi has helped him with his organizational skills, math skills (introducing many concepts they have not yet covered in school), and boosted his confidence.Servet, the school's founder, is a brilliant, high-energy woman who believes in having high expectations for children and holding them accountable. My son absolutely loves Servet, as well as all the other teachers he has worked with at Tangi. I'm amazed that they are able to be very strict and demanding with the kids, while also managing to keep them entertained and engaged.I can't say enough about the program and the incredible work they do with the kids. I plan to continue sending our son for many years in order to supplement the curriculum in school.
