“I have been to many Lego stores around the world and the one at the Burlington Mall is one of the best in the US for an AFOL. First, the series minifigs were sorted so that you could buy the ones you wanted with reasonable certainty. Although LEGO probably frowns on this, I for one, bought many more because I only wanted certain parts or certain minifigs. Second, thankfully, they had a baseplate with all the elements that they had in stock, both in front and it the back. That is incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't need any PAB. Their in-stock set selection was good also. However, I didn't know whether my visit coincided with re-stock day or whether this was normal. The employees were super, super friendly and had just the right amount of "do you need some help" while allowing me to just browse and take in the ambiance of the store. Definitely one of my favorite Lego stores in the US.”

If the other Henry Bear’s Park stores don’t have it, this one is for sure to. There’s a puzzle actively being worked on when you go in, there’s a very welcoming energy.”
“Went in on a Sunday to pick up an order for my wife. Store was not yet open, but they were very nice and helped me anyway. There was a mix-up on the order that was not their fault. Tricia (manager?) was very polite and professional and straightened everything out quickly and efficiently. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Very well done!”
“This shop is a gem in Roslindale! When possible, I tend to do most of my shopping locally. Spending money in there community ensures that is stays in the community.As the seasons change, so do the available items here. In the spring, I buy some seeds for the garden. The summer months have products more associated with that. As we head into autumn and winter, the focus shifts toward the holiday season. I always buy some Christmas gifts here for various family and friends.The store is always busy during Small Business Saturday and the holiday markets.They stock a variety of items such as cards, jewelry, home decor, clothing, and lots of localy-themed items such as coasters, towels, and glassware.Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and takes the time to talk with me. This is something that you generally don't get in a large chain store.In conclusion, this is a great store and comes highly recommended by me!”

“Oh my gosh Shane was amazing and did the entire experience! He made my daughter’s birthday so magical! This is the first time someone really went above and beyond. He did the whole heart ceremony, the bath time for the bear, and helped my daughter dress her bear. He was also extremely kind, we didn’t feel rushed at all which was so nice. Reminded me of when I was a kid and the magic was there.”

This store has such a variety of beautiful and unusual products at all price points that I always find something that I think is the perfect gift. The salespeople are beyond pleasant—personable and EXTREMELY helpful altho I can be very, very fussy/choosy! They are very patient and take time with every customer. And they wrap and mail gifts very quickly. I wouldn’t buy baby/children’s gifts anywhere else! A+ experience each and every time!”
