I've been here multiple times with a very neutral experience, but today i arrived to find the store closed during normal business hours. Theres no note on the door or any communication at all. Even the UPS driver thay arrived was confused. There were several people who had already been to the store multiple times to still find it closed.

Love this UPS store!
The service is always fast and friendly, but what really makes my day is the mural with all the neighborhood dogs — absolutely adorable! This place is 10,000% pet friendly. 🐾💛

The services here have generally been satisfactory; however, my main concern is their inconsistent opening times. Although the stated opening hour is 8 AM, there have been instances where I've waited an extra 30 minutes. It seems that the staff is indifferent to this issue, giving the impression that customers are expected to adhere to their schedule rather than following the store's established policy.

My experience at this store on a busy Friday, with people and boxes everywhere, was amazing. The two young men working the counter were welcoming, polite and immensely helpful! They worked efficiently and effectively to help the customers and ensure smooth transactions! I was both pleased and impressed! I highly recommend this location!

The best UPS I've ever been to (and I do a ton of online ordering!). Jose, Davide and Evan see me pretty much on a weekly basis, as I'm always returning or sending out items. Not only do they assist and are friendly, they go the extra mile to offer to help with printing labels, organizing your orders, or just being polite and patient even if there's a mile out the door. These people work really hard, and don't really get a lot of credit, seeing as online ordering as risen exponentially the past 3 years and delivery people are drowning. Thank you guys for the exceptional service, always helping with a smile, and making my day!
