If you are the type of person that likes to wear unique or statement pieces, then you will probably really enjoy this store! Karen, the owner, will leave you in peace to shop but she will also kindly answer any questions or chat if you want! She works with designers all over the world and has some super cool and interesting clothing in her shop. I think the prices are very reasonable, there is something for everyone even if you’re on a budget. I love how curated the store is for different seasons with colors and cuts to match the time of year. Hands down one of my favorite shops in the area to visit!

The store is beautiful, the merchandise is unique, trendy, fun and classic; something for everyone. You will find items for every age, budget and size. My favorite place for many reasons. The owner is skilled at fit and knows how each brand is sized. So helpful, and pleasant, never pushy!

The store is truly a gem. Like others, I hesitate to write this review because I wanted to keep it MY secret place for trendy clothes... but, hey, why not make the world a less greedy and selfish place? That's all I've got. Please don't clean out the store ... or at least leave something for me.

The staff is not welcoming - no business sense. I agree with other reviewers that they pay attention to only their "regulars." I stopped in yesterday and as I strolled through the store, they never said hello or acknowledged me in any way at all. In this difficult time I look to support small businesses, but choose not to support anyone who lacks common courtesy and appears elitist. The clothes aren't particularly special.

This store is the gem of Boston! I found it during my visit and absolutely loved their beautiful array of samples. Every item is unique. The owners are very engaging and helpful. If you're ever in the area, stop by!

Don't buy unless you're absolutely 100% sure that you are going to keep what you purchased! I bought a few pieces totalling well over $600 that looked fine in-store (although the dressing rooms are itty-bitty and it's VERY difficult to get a really good look!), but when I got home and looked in MY mirror, they looked horrific! When I was trying a pair of shoes on and wasn't quite sure whether to purchase them or not, Chloe and I discussed that if the shoes did not work for me I could just bring them back (NOT insinuating I would get a store credit!). So, a couple of weeks after I bought the items, I called about their store hours and happened to mention that I had to return a few items. It was then that I was told that their return policy is to get store-credit! That is the ONLY option! You cannot return anything and get a refund- EVER! I was told, "That is how it is with all the boutiques." I asked where the return policy is posted (it's not on the receipt!), and she said that it's posted in the dressing rooms and behind the check-out counter. I am a wise consumer and NEVER buy anything at boutiques or shops with a "no refund- store credit only" return policy. NEVER! It's a horrendous selfish policy that is not in the clients' best interests. Because of this, I will never shop at Zia's again and would not recommend it to anyone. It is sneaky and I admittedly was duped. Moving on....as another reviewer pointed out, this store is primarily suited for the small and extra-small woman. There is not much to choose from for the average-sized woman. It is comprised mostly of longer tunics to be worn with leggings, so if you're not into that, this is not the shop for you. Their prices are NOT deals at all (although they claim to be).You won't leave the shop paying less than $100 for much of anything except a pair of $30 leggings. In short, save yourself the trip, money and aggravation. Spend your hard-earned money at a shop that has YOU as it's top priority- not its own wallet.

I have never loved a clothing store the way I love Zia. I almost always find something that I really love and as others say, the clothes I wear that get compliments are always from Zia. They are often unique styles or beautiful colors and materials. My 32 year old daughter and I both find styles we like there. The prices are very reasonable, I think, for the special clothes that they have. I am not a person who usually shops in expensive boutiques either. Give the store a try. I think you'll agree that Zia is amazing.

I visited this place for the first time today, even though I'd been wanted to check it out for about 7 years now (yes, that long)! I regret letting that much time go by, because the clothes are so unique and curated so well... you'll never find pieces like these elsewhere! The shop owner, Karen, and her shop assistant Chloe were helpful. Chloe selected some items for me without being pushy. I found a lot of cute pieces (with varying levels of success after trying them on), and one item was so amazing I had to buy it. The prices are a range. I tried on 2 cute tanks and they were $25 and $40. The dress I bought was $74. I don't mind paying a bit more for something that I truly love, especially when it's unique! Some other prices I saw were in the $150-200 range, which is a bit steep... but again, some of the pieces looked like they were one of a kind. Most sizes DO say small, but I'm a size 10 and there were plenty of things that fit me just fine, so I wouldn't assume they cater only to smaller women. I also got a free gift with my purchase- a cute little round wallet! Very fun.

This place has so many different sizes, fashion trends and items that are not seen everywhere. It is a sample boutique (no, it does not mean size 0 or 4 anymore). Lots of colors and also solids. The merchandise is constantly changing and much love goes into this store. They have wonderful events and always the right gift for someone. I generally by gifts here for women in my life. Lots of choices. Most of the things that I have purchased become staples in my wardrobe. Easy parking! Wahoooooooo!

Fun to browse in. I rarely find anything, though they did have a funky selection. Owners/employees tend to chst with their regular customers than help newbies.
