I went on October 11th to purchase a new camper. I purchased said camper and was told it would be ready by the end of the following week for delivery. The camper was not ready and I had to call twice between the 11th and 31st. They lied and said they were waiting on check from finance company to register the camper, I told them send the paper work and I will do it myself. They told me paperwork was on the way. A week later no paperwork, I called them and told them to cancel the purchase I no longer wanted the camper after being lied to and no respect or courtesy of a phone call to keep me updated. After telling them I no longer wanted the camper 2 days later they deliver to my house without my knowledge or being there. There was no pre-delivery inspection with me, no key left for the camper, only one battery when I paid for two, no training on the camper either. I Would not recommend purchasing a camper from this company to anyone in the market! Horrible customer service, no respect or courtesy to customers and nothing but lies and stories from them. Absolutely my worst experience ever making any purchase.

Worst experience ever! Was supposed to show up today for orientation, nothing was ready, the sales person - Barbara didn't even acknowledge my existence. Very very POOR customer service. Didn't register camper like they were supposed to. The day i signed the sales they were great, today - rude and unprofessional. I feel duped. I will NEVER, EVER do business with them again. I will actually go OUT of my way and would even pay MORE to go somewhere else - they were that bad. Update: Got camper home, found several gashes in the kitchen table, bathroom door is warped and doesn't close properly and there is a screw going up through the roof. Good thing i paid $3K for someone there to do a walkthrough and ensure it was in tip top shape for a brand spanking new camper.

Amazing service department. Don F. was so helpful and thoughtful in talking through the negative camber and uneven tire wear issue we were experiencing on our trailer, not hesitating for a second to jump in and take a look under the trailer for us. Highly recommend!

We visited Camping World due to the "Camping Expo" on Facebook. "live music, games & free food". We 'assumed' that we would be able to walk over to the rv's and have a look around. Nope! We had to go to the front counter, give our names and.. ID! Asking why the ID, they told us because of insurance reasons. We've NEVER had to give an ID when looking at a camper anywhere else.Next step, go to a salesperson's office as all the campers are locked and we'll need someone to walk around with us.. The gentleman told us that there wasn't anyone and that they were short staffed.. DURING AN EXPO. We were then told that we could go out to the lot to have look however everything was locked and hopefully they would have somebody soon to help us.We looked around found one that was actually unlocked because two other people were in it and had a look at that. After that we looked for the 2024 models which were the focus of the Expo and found two units and that was it.In the store section I looked at a led light to replace a broken one in our camper and found it to be $50. A quick search on Amazon for a similar LED light found a two pack for $20. I noticed that a roll of wide rubber tape for RV roofs was $50, again Amazon was less than half for the same thing. As for the live music and food at the "Expo", we never heard any music and did smell probably hamburgers but never saw them. As for the games all we could find was sort of a scavenger hunt if you found couple items in the campers you would get a coupon of varying amounts off of a camper price. What a great game. Calling something like this an expo is just false advertising because there was nothing Expo about it. I can't see us ever going back there again.Being irritated at the whole colossal waste of time we left and made our way to a different, nearby RV dealership where we had a MUCH better experience with people eager to help.

Where do I start? I went here to purchase a class B Mercedes 2024 freedom elite, I walked in. I told the salesman Jay exactly what I was looking for, he assured me what I was buying was perfect for what I wanted.I left $1000 deposit and a week later I went to pick up the vehicle only to find out it would not fit my lifestyle,he clearly didn’t understand or know what he was selling me or stretched the truth about what the vehicle was able to provide for my lifestyle. When I told them I did not want to buy vehicle which was 109,855.00. they refuse to give me my thousand dollar deposit back saying that the vehicle was prepped. It was a 2024 brand new Mercedes vehicle that was dirty had a broken drawer inside and leaves all over the awning so I asked what prepped meant and they said well propane , engine check , cleaned etc the vehicle didn’t even have propane !! the manager then came out and started harassing me. I will never ever go back to this place again. This is not how anyone should conduct a business it was very disheartening to me.

Worst place I’ve ever had to deal with , never ever again will they get a penny from me .. been waiting for an awning for 2 years they say was because of covid, get the awning and was installed after 2 yrs and it happens to be the wrong one .. they got a $400 awning for a 200,000 rv when the insurance paid $1700 for an awning that was meant for that rv .. fast forward they lost my old awning and want us to pay $1200 to get the new awning installed when it was their mistake. The supervisor gets changed every 2 weeks so there’s really no one who cares . It’s been absolute hell .. fast forward to today I refuse to pay anything for them to install the awning after it’s been sitting on the lot for 2 weeks and still has not been installed when they new we needed the rv today due to us going away in couple days .. going there today to pick up without the new awning or old due to them losing it .. I will demand them to give me the $1700 the insurance paid for the awning and a compensation for the one they lost .. will not leave there without it .. lawyer has been called and informed.. this place is a joke

Helen in the parts department here at camping world is a life saver! I have a 2000 travel trailer and I was able to bring her my blown up starter capacitor for my AC and she had a direct replacement after the computer said they didn’t have it she went out back to look for a run capacitor for me and found the starter capacitor I needed while she was back there saved me from canceling my month camping trip so happy with her thanks again.

The worst place I've ever been. Dropped off my camper for awning work a month ago. Went back 10 days ago and reminded the service supervisor that I would be back today to pick it up. As they knew that we had a vacation scheduled for this week. When I got there today the camper was in worse shape than when I left it. The awning was rolled up inside the camper when I left it when I picked it up the awning was completely unrolled and left in a mess covering the whole floor. The radio was on a Spanish radio station, plus other things were out of place. I don't understand why, I will never go back to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone.

We looked at a trailer that exceeded our towing capacity,in short, just an honest conversation with no sales pressure,so for that alone,I will go back. We did not meet the person we were scheduled to meet, not a problem.

Camping world, great place. LaJoy is the sweetest. She is knowledgeable, honest, listened to my concerns and really felt like she cared. Great customer service.

Absolutely do not buy your camper here. They will trick you and lie to you about the amounts of added warranties, causing you to overpay by several THOUSAND dollars. Then when you demand it be rectified they will claim to do so only to have it not end up actually being received by the bank until you call yet again. Causing the bank to then send you the wrong bill and have that haunt you for MONTHS. These people are absolute scam artists and I regret ever walking through the door. Give your money to a business that cares about you, not these scammers. This business should be reported to BBB for their shady business practices.

If anybody gave a good review it's probably from the people that work there or their family The Good Sam is a scam as soon as you drive off the lot you will never hear from these people again they sold us a lemon we bought it brand new 2020 the day they dropped it off had nothing but problems with it major problems still have these problems 3 years later dropped it off to Chichester with no leaks in the roof got it back with four leaks they literally butchered it more than Keystone and Dutchman who manufactured it there is so much more to be told please don't ever buy from Camping World anywhere in the country or ever buy anything from Keystone and Dutchman they're all horrible people

Stopped in here to look at some options, and was amazed at how many different campers they had. Was lucky to be paired up with Barbara who showed me a bunch of options. She even introduced me to the GM Jerry who was outstanding. Super funny and extremely helpful. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for a camper to stop in here. Ask for Barbara or Jerry, you will be super impressed. They earned my business, just don’t armwrestle Jerry for it, he is a world Champion.

So far not a good experience. They are super Disorganized, they have collected almost 8,000 and communication has been almost no existent... I insured the camper, made the down payment which was more than we were told to bring to the sale (after I had called to make sure I had everything before making the trip there)... after downpayme t was complete Told 7-10 days for the plates (Monday) and when we made contact today (thursday)found out that nothing had been sent to the rmv. I’m really hoping this experience turns around. Will update if it does. Right now I’d say don’t deal with this company. The lack of transparency makes me really uncomfortable with my decision to buy here.
