“Great experience. Vinny was very nice and reassuring throughout the whole process. As was Dennis who gave me his cell # and answered any time I called with any questions or concerns that I had. I did have some doubts if the truck, that I was potentially going to purchase was going to be able to tow my travel trail. Dennis arranged for one of his mechanics to drive it to my house Sunday afternoon so I could hook it up and test it out before buying. Truly going above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the purchase. When picking up the truck the gas tank was a little low so Vinny gave me money to fill up the gas tank ! “I found Auto City when we were just driving window shopping. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and had anxiety about my first time car shopping. Since we set foot on the lot it was instantly a good experience. There was no pressure or anything, they let us look around and when I found one I liked they showed us and again, no pressure at all. Went back a week later to put down a deposit and they remembered me and my one criteria of it needing to fit all 4 of my dogs. They explained what the whole process would be and I made me feel so comfortable. I’m so glad I found them and thankful that they made everything so easy! I recently had two accidents, one being major one; and I still can't believe how good, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable everyone is in the shop.
