“They are pretty professional, including the front desk ladies and the mechanics. It's stunning to see a shop that has dedicatedly worked in this field for 50ish years!
The shop is lovely and everything is well organized. They are really helpful in contacting the Maffre insurance appraisal and total loss department.
The price for service is great, and the labor is detailed and clean.
Though it's sad to see my car is totaled at the end, I am still glad it's this group of people handled the last journey of her. Bye M4.”

“Paul's Collision and Repair is listed as an MAPFRE insurance CAR EZ partner for collision / body repair, and was closest to me, so I used their shop to have some recent body work done on my 2010 Honda Civic. Terri and Alexis, the mother and daughter owners (RIP, Paul <3) were just so, so wonderful to work with. They know auto body inside and out, and were incredibly helpful through the entire repair, and insurance/rental car, process. They helped set up the rental, and even picked me up/dropped me off at home (pretty close by, but it was raining!). Not only that, but they also were really fun to chat with about all things auto repair, as I waited for the rental in their little lobby. I would highly recommend them for a quality, and very quick, job well done. :]”

“Like another poster, we had a close encounter with a deer. It smashed a headlight, bumper, hood/fender. All Car Care did a VERY good job on the repair, especially doing the difficult to match metallic grey paint. I’d say this is the best match on metallic paint I’ve seen in a long time, and much better than we’ve had in the past from other shops. The other thing that impressed me is they used all the right plastic rivets, of which there are multiple types/sizes, to assemble the complex wheel liners and under-tray. This is stuff the average customer doesn’t see, but I checked and they took the time and care to get it all correct. Wonderful shop/people at All Car Care.”

“Catalino and his entire crew are awesome! I had gotten into a bad accident after Christmas that left me dealing with a shady insurance during the holidays and New Year.
Everybody at FM Auto made the process 10 times easier as soon as they got involved. They dealt directly with the insurance and kept me updated on the progress of my car. They do phenomenal work even when it seems like it's a total loss and are upfront with you about everything.
I've lived up and down the East Coast and these guys are some of the best body shop mechanics I've ever gone to. 10/10 would highly recommend them to anybody.
They also fixed up my girlfriend's car. Replaced her bumper and got it back to us quickly!”

“I have had no issues with Lahtis. Vary friendly. They do all my service work. I like my 4xe Rubicon. Has great power . Only issue with jeep is the navigation still has the old exit numbers. Can’t seem to update it. Other than that it’s very good. Lots of power. Heats up fast in cold weather. The Rubicon package is worth it. The power roof is awesome, don’t need to store roof panels.”
