Needed alignment asap. Paul was very accommodating. In and out the same day, even with additional repairs. He keeps you in the loop and thoroughly explains everything. I’ll be back.

A metal coffee/ water cup was thrown from a car on the highway and bounced under my car, damaging something in my undercarriage while I was traveling for work, an hour and a half from home. My car suddenly sounded like a jet engine at 4:30 on a Friday. I pulled into Roux's on the recommendation of someone who saw me with my hood up, checking the levels in my car to be sure the engine was still being lubricated and cooled. The gentlemen there didn't hesitate to check all around under my car when I asked for help. They determined my problem in minutes, gave me the all clear to drive it back home, and a recommendation of exactly where to go and what to ask for to get it fixed. At 4:30 on a Friday! If I lived in this area, this would be the only place I would bring my car. They were honest and so helpful when many others would have turned me away or exaggerated the issue. I hope that all your drives are safe, but if you are in need of a mechanic, you cannot go wrong with Roux's!

Roux's Garage is hands down one of the best auto shops I've ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their customer service is top-notch — they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done.
The staff is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. I was there to have my tires replaced, and they handled it quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed throughout the process.
On top of that, their prices are very fair and competitive — no upselling or unnecessary repairs, just honest, quality work.
Highly recommend Roux's Garage to anyone looking for reliable service.

I've used Roux's for almost all of my vehicles and their maintenance. The work is great, the owner is fantastic, prices are fair and reasonable.
I plan on continuing to use them for as long as they stay in business and I have vehicles.

I stupidly went to a Valvoline (Leominster) for an oil change and they cracked my filter cover housing cap. Oil leaked into my driveway and all over my skid plate (see pictures). I called Paul Roux and he looked at my Sequoia the same day. He replaced the housing cap with an aluminum one and did another oil change for me. He even cleaned up the skid plate that Valvoline covered in oil! The oil change and replacement part still cost me $35 LESS than what Valvoline charged for just the oil change. It was evident from the start that Paul is super dedicated to his trade, takes pride in his work, and cares for his customers and their automobiles. I will be going to him for any other car issues I have moving forward.
FOLLOW UP: Paul called me the day after my oil change to make sure my car was good and no longer leaking still. Can’t be his service and attentiveness.

Excellent customer service and workmanship had the starter on my car Replaced because the old one was looking so rusty, it looked like they had pulled it off the wreck of the RMS Titanic! Paul is a nice guy very knowledgeable. He doesn’t put any pressure on you to have other things done. He does what he says he’s gonna do. He’s very careful and he wants to get the take his time and get the job done correctly. I’d give him six stars if I could, and the crew with him too

After the horrific storm of downpours, my car had lost some of its undercover protection and dragging part of it.I did not know how serious the issue was. I called Paul for a last minute appointment, but he was too booked to fit me in that soon. he suggested coming in afternoon time where he could get me in. Of course I was hesitant to drive not knowing the damage I could do, so I was stuck knowing I had appointments to get to. Within minutes I got a call from Paul and he got me in after being able to rearranging his appointments.He will always try his best to help his clients out.I was so appreciated that I had to give him a hug. I did not have to worry about my safety after I left his shop.Thank you Paul ~ God bless
