I saw Kringle Candle show up and the ptsd from working there kicked in. I am a former "TEMP" employee of the Kringle Candle company and i got to say there is so much racism in the workplace by supervisors at the manufacturing plant its a shame.
Im not saying they dont hire a diverse group or anything cause there were and even a colored dude in admin but has too much on his plate to pay attention to his brothers working the conveyor belts. Its out there in the open and doesn't even have to be covered up cause there is too much going on in that small building to have the resources to allocate to the issue.
Owner comes in his nice SUV just to show face and that is that. We all joked its just a college bro's gift from daddy. He was just the owner, i dont even think he knew the level of corruption there. Soon as the door closes its back to 1880's.
Week i was terminated i was sick. I was still doing my job and not letting it get in the way but the supervisor obviously heard me coughing so the supervisor pointed an industrial strength fan at me and said the candles needed extra cooling....in the winter....factory itself is cold.....the candles we were making that day were not at all even close to filling the belt and had more than enough cooling in the part of the conveyor belt that had fans lining the entire strip. She made that day very difficult with micro aggression's.
During my lunch that day I wanted to see if there were any options to pursue to mitigate a supervisor that didn't like me cause i was a brownie but come to find out since i was a temp i was told i wasn't allowed to speak with the company HR or management above the supervisor level, I had to take complaints to my temp agency, which I did. It was the first time i wanted to speak up after taking it for so long. I had to do it as instructed, so I kept them updated on the happenings that week but before they could get a meeting going between us all i was removed.
I made the mistake of asking another person who had to stop in order to talk with their hands to stop talking to me and help finish what we were doing at the time, i was sick and my throat made it difficult to chit chat. The person was a recovering drug addict whose kid was friends with mine so i was a little more open with her since i knew her. She didn't like me very much and that certainly didn't put her in the best mood. She excused herself and soon a manager and the supervisor had a brief conversation about bullying other workers and said i was no longer needed.
I was sharing a vehicle at the time with my wife so she was on her way to pick me up....did they let me wait? nope they called the cops to have me escorted off the property! since i was no longer an employee and it was private property I was told by the supervisor that she was indeed justified in requesting that and to take complaints to my temp agency.
The dad, Michael Kittredge, had the best candle company no doubt about it. The son doesn't fit in the shoes left behind. The company is allowing a small minority of white Americans to continue living in the past. I'm not entirely shocked, they hired out of Vermont to help run the company that is based in Massachusetts. They brought another states problems here!
Overall I cant condone the way they run that ship. If i knew what i did now i would have went through MCAD and had that place sorted out legally. Hopefully they read this and know exactly who was ruining their reputation to a long time candle lover. I liked candles so much my dream job was to go make them. Turned into a nightmare!

When my candles finally arrived (took over a month after ordering to receive them) one of the candles was shattered. I took a photo and emailed to Kringle requesting reimbursement for the candle but did not receive a response. A week later I received an email requesting that I leave a review. Instead of leaving a negative review, I gave Kringle the benefit of the doubt and another chance to make this right by contacting them a second time to request a refund for the broken candle. Again no response and no refund. Interestingly, the packing slip indicates that there was insurance added to cover breakage during shipping, leading me to believe this happens frequently enough that the seller adds protection. Very disappointed as a first time customer. The other candle I ordered smells great, but unfortunately I will not be ordering from Kringle again due to their terrible customer service. Let the buyer beware.

Took my wife there looking for a special item. Staff kindly showed her around. Showed her sales too. Found what she liked! Thanks for the great service! She was overwhelmed how good the experience was.

The store is always a great experience. It’s so nice to see everything first hand and really discover new scents and candles. It’s well organized, impeccably organized and pristine. The holiday zone is fun. They usually have an assortment of deeply discounted items and seem to carry the entire range of everything. The employees are genuinely helpful and friendly. It’s the 3 Michelin star equivalent of a candle shop.

5 stars for Kevin! He works in the oil/vinegar section and is wonderful and helpful! He created a few oil/vinegar blends (including creamsicle!) For us to try and they were amazing! Left with several oils/vinegars and some new recipes to try! Candle options seemed a bit lacking from years past, but that may have been due to the store wide sale!

Love Kringle Candle. Kevin in the vinegar/olive oil area is awesome. So friendly. Obviously loves his job. Every time we come, he gives samples of mixtures that blow my mind! Can't wait to get home and try this one!

there is no way reach a live person all phones go to leave a message. Voice mail and email go unanswered. I live in Ct and it is over an hour drive to get there.. Received a call back and all is well. Mix up. Todd called and I ordered the bark.

As someone who used to make and sell candles I can not possibly say enough about the high quality of Kringle. Most companies sadly don’t invest in insuring their candles burn correctly or evenly (yeah I’m talking about you, Yankee candle ?). These burn 100% perfectly right to the edges of the jar without deep pooling of wax and they smell beyond amazing! I will never buy any other brand again.
