I can't say enough good things about Pioneer Valley Tire and its owner, Alex. This is the kind of local business we should all be supporting. Not only is it veteran-owned, but Alex runs it with integrity that's hard to come by these days.
A Ford dealer told me six months ago that I’d need new brakes by my next oil change. Wanting to stay ahead of it, I brought my car to Alex to have both front and rear brakes done. I dropped it off, and within 15 minutes, Alex called me personally to say the brakes were still in good shape—and he didn’t feel right doing work that wasn’t needed.
