EVERY TIME I need to go to a post office--BERNARDSTON, Mass, is my only choice. Why? The clerks who are there behind the desk are by far the most helpful clerks in any post office we have used. It is a rare find to be treated like it matters! THANK YOU FOR YOUR DEDICATION AND SMILES. KEEP UP YOUR WONDERFUL WORK FOR US ALL THERE. This place deserves the above rating. Customer service is virtually non-existent. Over the past year, multiple complaints submitted and ignored. 5+ occasions of our packages being delivered to the wrong residence when the address was clearly marked on the package. When questioned, my wife and I were met with hostility and lack of interest. Two occasions of our packages being thrown in a pile of trash/building materials. One occasion of the letter carrier turning the vehicle around on our lawn, all four tires. Unbelievably unprofessional along with pure laziness with no regard to servicing the residents of Bernardston.
