Can't give an actual review because they haven't updated their Google listing. Says open until 5pm Saturdays but when you show up it's locked and the sign on their door says open until noon.

This is a real lumber store. Quality not Lowes or Home Depot second rate stuff. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Need more of these places in Mass

First of all, everyone behind you call the phone is gonna ring Murray. You're not the only customer who ever wrote that and the other 3 people that agrsecond of all every time. I walk in to Monahan lumber. And I have questions on products. Or questions on how I should go about certain things. They always have sound advice, so great, one beyond.And I've been to a lot of them.

Ordered windows here by email and phone after connecting with them via Andersen's web site sales lead generator. The rep I dealt with was awesome. Very good, prompt communications, plus help planning purchase timing so the supplies would arrive when my GC needed them, and not too soon before. Delivery was free and they helped by adjusting to a new date even after arrival here on the first delivery date didn't pan out on my end.

went in there to see about ordering a door. The guy said they close in five minutes which in actuality they closed in 10 minutes. Secondly, the website says they close at 5 o'clock as posted on Google I was going to provide a picture to him as I told him of the door he told me he didn't have time for that. We are closing in five minutes, the guy acted like he couldn't be bothered by me or what I needed customer service. There is horrible never been there before and I will never go back again.

As a Registered Architect, I would not recommend Moynihan's Showroom to any future clients. A client went in for a simple counter top replacement. The price came back so high, I started to make some calls around. We later found out the price was more than 30% of many other stone cutters in the area. I was shocked that the sales staff would not have shopped around the pricing so their customers could get the best value and pricing. Additionally, I believe a second stone was needed, for a matter of inches, but no layout drawing was ever submitted. Instead of asking us the question, could this island be 2 inches smaller they simply added another sheet of stone to the contract (which later becomes another remnant upsell for the cutter and showroom). All around, very unimpressed with their knowledge of the AEC industry. Lesson learned for me, sales at Moynihan's should not be confused with industry professionals who understand economy, communication, and value related to the construction industry.

I think Moynihan Lumber is fantastic! I went there for bi-fold closet doors, shutters and a vanity. The sales rep could not have been more helpful! Less than a week later, he priced all items and I took delivery! I visited the kitchen department for a vanity with a similar experience, then the paint department where the rep went out of his was to help me find a color. Remarkable team at Moynihan's, I don't want to get my lumber/home supplies anywhere else. Great family feeling, allowing me to avoid the big box stores! Keep up the great work. Colleen from Salem
