I recently visited and unfortunately had a negative experience. From the moment I arrived, the owner’s unprofessional demeanor was evident. Instead of a warm greeting, I was met with a curt response when I asked about services.
As I tried to explain the issues with my vehicle, he interrupted me multiple times, showing a lack of patience and understanding. It felt as though my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. His short temper was particularly concerning; when I asked a simple question about the repair timeline and history, he raised his voice, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. Leading to him eventually kicking me out.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and the owner’s abrasive attitude left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. It’s essential to feel respected and heard when dealing with car repairs, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

All Wheels in Beverly did the rear end of my Porsche and some around the body dings and the vehicle came out perfect. It looks like a mirror! Not only did they do great work on the body and metallic black paint, but they completely detailed the vehicle before releasing it go me. Just an outstanding job by Ron Belanger and his staff!

These guys fixed my car a couple of months ago and they did an amazing and timely job despite my having never come here before. They also provided the best communication I've had from a garage hands down. Highly recommended.

I had my car towed to Ron after a bad experience at a different shop in Salem, and I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. As soon as my insurance contacted All Wheels to let them know my car would be dropped off soon, Ron called me, expressed his sympathy for my previous experience, and explained with complete transparency what steps would be made to ensure I would be taken care of. Ron and his team finished the work quicker than initially expected, and I was able to pick up my car and get going in no time! Additionally, several days after picking up my car, I found a trunk full of scrap metal/plastic that the previous mechanic had dumped there (I guess to make me angry for trying to do business with him). I called Ron to ask what I should do with the spare parts - he told me to swing by his shop and he would take care of it. BEST experience with Ron and his team - customer service is amazing, my car looks and drives perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Ron!!

I had parked too close to an old stone building, and basically took out my driver's side rear quadrant when I pulled out. All Wheels fixed all the structural and cosmetic damage, and had the car looking newer than when I bought it. Don't hesitate to use All Wheels. They know what needs to be done, how to do it, price fairly, and deliver on time.

Very professional, excellent work. Probably the best around. These fellers (and fellettes) go above and beyond the call of duty. I got the front quarter including the headlight done. They buffed out the other headlight so I wouldn't have 1 clear and 1 cloudy. They also gave my vehicle a top notch wash.Before you go anywhere else, stop by and ask Ron B. to show you pics of decades worth of miraculous saves.

I was rear-ended which luckily resulted in only minimal damage to my rear left bumper. all-wheels was super professional from start to finish and my car looked even better after they were done fixing the rear bumper than in the show room when I first purchased it. definitely will be returning in the future for any other auto body related matters!
