He always goes beyond when he comes to my apartment, explaining what went wrong and fixing the problem with a smile .Often, once he’s here he is willing to help me with extra tasks which I am unable to do.”

“These apartments are decent. Expensive but decent. My big complaint is that every morning I have to flip my breaker in order to have a cup of coffee from my Kuerig. I had maintenance come and I was told that, thats how its going to be and its something with the new fuses they installed. I find this hard to believe and very annoying since practically everyone uses these coffee makers these days. At the cost of 2k a month this is unacceptable and very frustrating to think that everyday for the next year I have to do this. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is extremely lacking. Im told I can purchase a new shower head and the maintenance people will install it. I don't think I should have to spend more money than I already pay but maybe I will because its bad. Also, not even sure it would help. Bottom line is the apartments are nice and some have balconies. If you don't care about the two things I mentioned then its a good place to live near everything walkable.”
