Make sure you check your bill after agreeing to services. Over 75$ in extras added a month to my bill after telling them no and confirming the total monthly bill multiple times throughout the encounter. (Premium plan, Insurances, hot spots, extra data, future upgrades) also not including the first responder and autopay discount.. there is no way this was a mistake. I specially said no to all of these in person while purchasing the plan. I was quoted my monthly payment and ageed. Unfortunately, they are scammers.
The man on the phone when I called att help line was extremely helpful! He took 75$ off my monthly bill... Crazy all that extra was added without my consent! Be careful

Had an issue with my phone that three other stores and customer service could not fix went to this location as a last effort and was helped by Henry. He fixed my issue in no time and was super helpful and very courteous. He fixed it in no time at all. Highly recommend going here and asking for Henry. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on my issues that I spent days trying to fix.

Went to the AT&T store to find out when I was eligible for an upgrade it just so happened that I was eligible immediately. The Service Rep was extremely helpful and cruised right through the switching phones process with ease. I was very pleased to be in the store no longer than needed for the upgrade. Thank You Much.

My experience with atnt overall is just ridiculous and I feel they can be a bit unfair sometimes, but yesterday I was able to get help with one of my issues. It was nice to experience a hassle free visit. The 2 men working answered all my questions and set me up quickly, it truly was an emergency to get my number up and running again and they really took the time to see what phone would be most fit for me, data and price wise for the moment. They were kind, respectful and patient. I appreciate that alot especially with the day I was having already. It was a smooth and peaceful atmosphere with kind workers there to help. Thank you. P.s the sneak up on you 50$ charge for the tax is bull!! But please do not let that take away from how great they were! I truly appreciate it , so much that I was willing to write a review!

We have had AT&T cell service for years. We paid the $50 a month protection plan. Recently a cell phone was damaged beyond repair by a van door. The store rep told us bec we still had a small amount left on our payment plan - he would not honor the plan. We had to pay off the damaged phone and go on a new installment for a new phone - while still paying $50 a month protection… obviously we’re looking at new providers that aren’t shams. Any recommendations?

Be careful, this store has done this multiple times. Purchased 2 new iPhones and without my consent added insurance that we DID NOT request.Multiple charges on our bill and multiple calls to remove. Will never do business at this location again.Horrible customer service.

Worst customer service of my life on 11/06/2023 at 7pmI went in last night to buy a new phone and the new guy who was helping me put that I was a NEW customer in the computer (I've been with att for 6 months so he assumed wrong) which locked my accountThey told me there is nothing they could do for me and wouldn't allow me to speak to a supervisorHe is the tall new guy with glassesSo after explaining not having a phone isn't an option since I use it for workHe then told me go try verizon if I need a phoneAvoid ATT at all costs they have horrible customer serviceI got my service switched to Verizon and am happy as a clam with themDon't waste your money on a company that won't attempt to help you when you need assistance.This is unacceptable behavior ATT.

Literally saw the employee lock the doors and go into the back. Waited for about 30 minutes and doors were still locked. I called ahead of time and told them I was coming. I called when I got there and got no response. Terrible AT&T store.

Store person tried to sell me a new phone and told me to take my 5 month old phone and call samsung. He was zero help. I got phone to work after I left Store. These people know very little about what they sell.
