Should have just started at Aubuchon, would have saved about an hour!
After waiting 40 minutes at Home Depot, only to learn they weren't able to cut a replacement Toyota car key (newer than 2010 are impossible, apparently), I finally visited Aubuchon Beverly.
Elizabeth cut the key by hand in about 10 minutes! So easy!

I had the best experience there this morning. Everyone was so helpful! ! I was looking for coffee mug warmers and they weren’t with the coffee items, so an associate took me to where they were now are and he even showed me an immersible coil like the one I had decades ago, so I got that, too. Ace is definitely “the place with the helpful hardware folk”!! Plus, Nate the cat who doesn’t have a tail, just like a cat I have. He sniffed me and followed me! I was in Heaven!!

Prices may be cheaper elsewhere, but I would rather pay a tiny bit more to receive better service like I received today from Cheryl. I needed some humane animal traps. As I was checking out Cheryl asked me if I knew how to use the traps that I picked out, I did not. She proceeded to give me a clear demonstration showing me the pros and cons. She then offered me some expert advice from her many years of experience and led me to purchase the right tools for the job. She took the time to walk me through the options and shared her knowledge saving me time and frustration. I am so grateful and that’s why I love shopping at Aubuchon.

Very disappointed inventory not on shelf left by two associates who claimed a third was down stairs looking for items. Five people in the counter in the center of the store. I asked if they could checkn a short lady said no they are looking. Went on talking to other staff members 5 people and no one offers to help. Missed a fifty dollar sale. Seriously overstaffed, under motivated and little self responsibility. Well good luck with that. Ipswich had the order filled by the time I left the beverly parking lot. Delivered to my car before beverly could even find the product. Google services got me to the beverly store and the staff was ineffective; expensive advertising to be overwhelmed by poor performing employees.

I recently had a dilemma where I had a bracelet, stuck on my wrist. I was in the store, picking up some paint and thought I’d try WD-40. There was a gentleman named, John who I asked what he thought of the situation. He immediately jumped into action and tried a bunch of different things before we decided to just cut it off my wrist. What a great job he did and we had some great laughs along the way. This is the kind of service that we don’t get in the world anymore. What a pleasure. This will be my new go to place.

10 minutes as the only person in line to finally leave and not buy anything... Count to 600... That's a long time. Five different staff members around. Saved a few bucks I guess.

Fantastic service - I literally ordered & picked up product with 15 mins - so easy🙏
I clicked on the link on my phone when I arrived & within 2 mins, the product was place in the bed of my truck & off I went.
