Kyle and Elayne at the North Beverly Enon St Branch are amazing. Both are kind and compassionate and the epitome of what customer service should be in this day and age. I have an elderly parent that I have financial care of and they both have gone way above in helping with what ever needs to be done. I couldn't be more pleased. I will even mention that the tellers will say have a good day to you when you leave even though you didn't interact with them. All should be commended.

Opened my first account at 16, they were called beverly co-op back then, 10 years no issues then the changes came, now every couple of years I need a new debit card because they've changed their ownership again. In my 20 years of membership they have prevented two cases of actual fraud. Unfortunately now I get flagged by their fraud department pretty much every other month and they can't tell me why but I can't use paypal unless I open a line of credit, I'm 36 years old and have never had a credit card and have no intention of opening one now, I have many friends and family who bank with this establishment who haven't had these issues, I get no real explanation when I inquire at their offices, it's sad but for the first time in 20 years I've started looking into other financial institutions, If you need a bank that keeps your money heavily under lock and key this may be the bank for you, however if you're interested in modern financial options then maybe look elsewhere.

A customer was allowed to be at the drive-up window for 20 minutes. People in line were not happy. Some thought needs to be put in place to prevent six very unhappy customers who were stuck in line after this inconsiderate person. I miss the old Beverly Bank; though I'm sure this would have happened there. So my thoughts are North Shore Bank: Well south of my expectations.

The staff does everything to make a small business owner such as myself feel as if I'm the top depositor. Friendly, helpful, no charges for my accounts, and I'm known by name. Accessible accounts as well on line and mobile banking fantastic. Can't say enough good things about this bank
