Paid $25 for the touchless wash, and my white truck was left with a gross dark film all over it AND broke my side mirror. Never again.

4/26 -Guy with glasses has a serious attitude problem acts like an infant. Dropping F bombs and got mad because he closed the pumps because of an issue. Real mature.

Rude and obsessed with speed. My husband mentioned that he used their service the other day. When they asked him which tier he wants (Deluxe - Super Deluxe - Whatever) my husband asked for clarification and the guy said “I don’t have time for this, move along.” A few minutes later, another guy asks which tier he’s chosen, declines to explain them, and then says “I don’t have time for this.” Maybe your business should have a self-explanatory sign if YOU ALL are so impatient.

Scratched my rims. I saw manager walk to the end of car wash while I was going through to look at the track system. Of course he blamed me and said I must have hit a curb.

Updated rating: the touchless machine here is new! And did a decent job! I haven't been in years because the old machine was so narrow and didn't wash well. Great surprise.
It's still awkward to access due to the entrance being in the 'middle' of two sets of self service bays and the pay station is hard to line up with after making a hard left... But it works!

Hit and Miss Lately
I have been going to this car wash for several years, as of late the prewash has been less than effective prior to the automatic car wash. As a result I went back to the DIY, but have had issues with change machines working, card readers working intermittently and the brushes are haggard and oily which can smear gunk back on the car. A little more TLC to the facility would win me over. Until then I’ll go to Maddy’s on 114.
