So I have to come on here and say u just went to this smoke shop looking for a new Smok Vape. Not only was the selection bland to say the very least! Nothing great or exciting to purchase , when I was in there not one customer was in the store, the owner, I assume, was very very rude! I was asking him questions about some merch in there case as I was curious, and the way he spoke to me was very insulting and he even said something to the affect you don’t even know what this is! Yes sir your correct I don’t know that’s why I’m
Asking. How about you as the owner show me as the customer respect and do your job and talk to me plight and explain what it is to me? But I guess that’s asking too much. I will not be giving him any business for his disrespectful behavior twords me.Not very good salesmanship.I will never step foot in this shop again because of him!

I always use Beverly Smoke Shop , and the sales people are very nice . There is a sales man whose name is Rocky ? I think , anyway he is very polite and respectful and will take the time to help you . He also is interested in how you are doing in general.

The owner of the shop Rocky is seriously the bees knees. So friendly and welcoming, we’ve become instant friends. He has a wide variety of everything a smoke shop should have. From every kind of vape imaginable, bongs, pipes, tobacco products, ashtrays, incense and so much more! This place has it all. He even went out of his way to start carrying my boyfriend’s brand of smokes since he didn’t carry them prior. Lowest prices for a pack of cigarettes you’ll find in Massachusetts. We are now daily customers. Thanks Rocky!

I think it's time to finally call this place out for what it really is, a scam house. This place does not sell authentic RAW products. If you want third rate products this place is for you. I've purchased items from this shop before and questioned the cones I got every time. The filter on the cone was not the same one RAW uses. And the paper is not the same it's actually really harsh. Stop supporting this place so it can go away! Oh and not to mention they sell the 75 pack of cones for $55. Other smoke shops I've been too sell those for $25-$30. Highway robbery! update(Reply to owner. I don't buy things like this on Amazon so this is not true. I purchase the big boxes from another store. You're selling trash products and overpriced too!)

I stop by frequently for a cigar. They have two cases of cigars, and do a good job keeping them well humidified. (Some retailers don't realize how important that is.) Ask for Rocky.

I’ve been to a lot of smoke shops and found this one to be the best one I’ve ever been to. The customer service, prices and a wide range of products has made this shop my go to. If you’re looking for a clean and friendly place to shop then give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I went to this store to buy some Kratom. As soon as I entered the store I was met with contempt. I asked the guy if he had any cheap kratom and he tried to act like they were all the same price so I kept asking each individual price until I found one in my price range. After that I went to go pay for the product and it asked for a tip which I thought was weird since its not a service business. Anyways, I clicked no for tip on a product that cost $50. Next thing I know I see $106 flash on the screen. The store manager seem like he was going to say nothing. And as soon as I brought it up he got angry and said he could give me store credit like he didnt want to give it back. Eventually I got him to give me $58 dollars back which was the tip he tried to take, but not without him wanting to write down my Driver's license information and threatening to sue me if I reported it to the bank. I have a sneaking suspicions he does this to many of his customers where he is charging 100% tip or more. I ended up reporting his store to the Attorney generals office today so he will be getting a call from them soon. My best advice to you all is avoid this store. This clown is not honest, disrespectful and will try to rob you if you let him.

The best smoke shop in the northshore area, From the first time I set foot in this place I fell in love. I love the atmosphere, lots of products. I was very unfamiliar with what they had to offer but Rocky was very knowledgeable and helpful. Now I go there at least three times a week. I've searched around and actually he has the best products, at the best prices, and lots of knowledge compared to other places I've tried. Rocky is awesome! Love dealing with him ! Great salesmen indeed.
