I love Jessica. She pays great attention to detail. I always look great when I leave. She takes the time to consider my lifestyle as well as my how I look. She just recently started cutting my Grandsons hair. He love her too!

I made a facial appointment for Saturday 9am at Bloom. I arrived a few minutes early and the doors were locked, so I waited outside in the cold until 9:10am. Tried calling, but nobody answered. I went back to my car to send an email and waited another five minutes, but no luck.

Cathy at Bloom is amazing! Gave me a style and color I adore! I have curly hair which most stylist do not cut well. Cathy gave me a style that is perfect!

I had a groupon and it was my first time going there. Service and everyone was very accommodating. Wonderful experience and sherry was informative and relaxing experience. Will come back again :)

I never even got to go into this place because I was late for my appointment and called to reschedule. They basically told me I could not reschedule because I bought it on Groupon and am not a "real customer". I have never heard of a business like this a spa, a nail salon, anywhere not letting you reschedule. I bought the Groupon which they put out as a promotional deal to get customers in the door and with good service retain those customers who then pay full price. If they were smart they would treat their Groupon customers the best because we will then become loyal clientele if the service is good. A company who is rude does not deserve my money even if it is just a Groupon. I told them to forget about it and I rescheduled at a different salon and plan to get my money back from Groupon.

I have tried several other places to get my eyebrows shaped and dyed. I always returned to Bloom Beauty. I finally realize Bloom Beauty by far is the best.I travel from North Reading.

Liz is great with color! She was was able to offer feedback on what I was looking for, make suggestions that were welcome...she's the expert! Liz was creative, gentle and professional. She was able to give an appropriate estimate of both time and cost ahead of time so I would remain on schedule with both. She suggested great products and was helpful with general hair management techniques to try (dry hair in the winter). I usually try and treat myself to a hair accessory and was disappointed that the salon did not have tinsel for the holidays to bead in but maybe next time?

Liz was great. She gave me a nice and comfortable shampoo - not rough at all like many can be - and a great haircut. She suggested to go a little shorter in back so it didn't look like a kid's straight cut and it was a great call. Excellent wash, cut and blowdry. I would definitely recommend her.
