I just spent a half hour arguing with the man at the counter that I placed a pick up order. I showed him the confirmation, he agreed it was from the website. Then he told me I ordered from grub hub, which I don't even have an account for, so I definitely did not do that. He walked away several times, I pulled up my bank account, which was charged from Cabot street pizza. He continued to argue with me to a point I asked if I could just order another pizza (and pay double) I would ait and wait. He tried to continue to argue with me, to which I responded I will not participate in this discussion. He then found my order, and said something like he was busy and had 5 orders coming in, so it got lost. But was ready?!?! NEVER AGAIN.......shameful behavior.

This place has to be the most expensive salad I've ever had in my life. We ordered 3 chicken kabob salads with extra feta and it was $65.00.....btw there was not xtra feta and very little chicken. last time I ordered a pizza it was granted it was a steak bomb pizza size large it was $36 I understand things cost more these days but these prices just seem off to me. I'll continue down Cabot where my food is the price as advertised

Chicken, Bacon, ranchero sheet pizza was great! It came out just the way I'd hoped. Crispy bacon, juicy chicken, and a ranch drizzle on a thick flakey crust. Highly recommend!

Visited recently while running errands in the area. Ordered a chicken finger plate. Guy at the register asked me what type of sauce I wanted for the chicken fingers and even turns the register screen around to show me the available options. I opt for honey mustard and ask for ketchup for the fries that come as part of the dinner plate.I thought the price seemed high when he rang me up but didn't initially think anything of it - I knew that the chicken finger plate itself was already priced at $15 and figured with the 7% meal tax that's what brought it over $20...but the math still didn't sound right. I didn't look at the receipt until sitting down at one of their tables inside to eat my dinner. I noticed that there were two separate charges of $2.00 on my receipt - I went up to the counter to ask the guy what this was for as I'd only ordered the chicken finger plate. I was told it was for the ketchup and dipping sauce for the chicken fingers, that each cost $2 extra. I asked "Ketchup and a dipping sauce for the chicken isn't included with the meal?" and explained that this would have made sense if I'd asked for extra. The guy told me that yes, they charge for ketchup and dipping sauce and that it doesn't matter that they weren't extras. According to him, those items are not included at all with the meal. So, a $15 chicken finger plate with fries comes dry. I paid $2 for a 2 oz cup of "honey mustard" dipping sauce which was in reality a salad dressing that tasted nothing like honey mustard. It tasted like a spicy brown mustard. I then also paid $2 for a few standard no-name brand ketchup packets every sub joint in the area gives out for free. I've never in my life paid extra for condiments that are standard with a chicken finger plate elsewhere. I also had never paid extra for these items on prior visits to Cabot Pizza. The guy insisted this was the policy and offered no refund of any sort, even after I pointed out that he never let me know these cost extra and there was no signage or notation on the menu overhead that ketchup and dipping sauce are upcharges.Needless to say, I will not be going back. The place has gone downhill the last few years and this was the final straw.
