WARNING!!I Bad Bank!! I made the mistake of choosing Citizens Bank after closing my account with the infamously corrupt BOA . I made this decision based on how convenient the locations are. This was undoubtedly the most inconvenient decision I have made financially. In short, I have paid THOUSANDS in FEES to this bank because of mistakes the bank has made with MY MONEY. I have been trying to close my account but they keep on coming up with new reasons why I am unable to at this time. Google "difficulty closing bank account". Please don't make the same mistake I have made. Thankfully, I also do business with a local Bank so I know the proper way a bank should handle customer transactions . These larger banks are not here to serve you as a customer they strive to make the customer a slave. I AM WRITING THIS THROUGH A FRIENDS ACCOUNT SO THIS BANK DOES NOT TRY TO PUNISH ME FURTHER.

Love this branch! Staff very nice, always willing to help. Very convenient to bank and shop at the same place. Highly recommended!
