Just went to get inspection sticker and was told I could not unless they did another service like oil or flat tire . When has this been a thing . I didnt need anything else . What a joke !

DiBacco's stands for exceptional customer service, from the reception desk to the service department. This has been a hallmark of this Beverly institution since I began going there 20+ years ago. DiBacco's is very popular and very busy, but it treats customers with respect and does excellent work. Can't say enough good things about them!

DiBacco’s spent several hours recreating the problem I was experiencing while driving. They diagnosed it as a broken fan, quickly got back to me with a short video detailing the problem and replaced the fan at a fare price. Definitely will go back to them for my auto care.

Made an appointment to get my air conditioning looked at. They took it in that day, diagnosed it, and kept me in the loop throughout the day including multiple phone calls and texts explaining what was going on, expected cost of repairs. I appreciated this attention to detail and customer service. They are professional and trustworthy.
Last year, for a different AC issue they recharged for me, and offered to take it back in without another diagnostic fee if there was a leak - this was covered under warranty but I also appreciated this offer.
Real deal and recommended!

Diagnosed engine light and repaired ball joint
The Team at DiBacco is great to work with, they always tell you what you need to have repaired and complete the repairs quickly. For my Mercedes I only bring it to DiBaccos.

Made an appointment for an oil change and inspection sticker. They took me on time and the car was ready exactly when they said it would be. I have been a customer for over 20 years and can’t recommend DiBacco’s enough. Very pleasant and accommodating to work with and their technicians are experts in their field.

Stopped by in a panic today. Needed a headlight bulb changed so my son could take his license test. The woman behind the counter was super helpful and the mechanic that cut his lunch short to help was phenomenal! Highly recommend!!!

I needed an inspection sticker and didn't want to drive around looking for a place that does them, so I brought my car to DiBacco service center for an inspection sticker.
They were very nice and knowledgeable about questions that I had about my vehicle. I have a BMW 318i series. A lot of places do not work on foreign cars. They will be my go to shop for inspection stickers and any mechanical issues that I have in the future.
They are conveniently located on rantoul Street.
