Jocelyn is/was an absolute life saver! Our golden got sprayed point blank by a skunk and 24 hours later, you could barely tell that he had a close encounter. This was a last minute reservation and she stayed late to ensure he was completely dry. Our dog isnt the easiest to groom either, but she handled him with ease. Do not hesitate to send your dog!

I brought my dog in to get a trim and when I picked her up I was totally shocked at what Jocelyn did. My dog is a havenese and she shaved all her hair off and she was not matted.. She looked like a jack russell terrier instead of my fluffy havanese. Don't go there. Charged me $80 also. This is a non professional place that doesn't believe in combing the hair just shaving it off. I am so heartbroken. Judy H.

Jocelyn is the best hands down! She treated my cat wonderfully and got us in within the hour. She truly cared about what he needed. 10 stars!! Highly recommend.

I 110% recommend Jocelyn to Any cat owner! I have a 16 year old senior long hair cat that had a matted under arm and private area. She made quick work of it and we were in and out in 20 minutes!!! She was kind and judgement free! This was an extremely large relief for my older cat and a great help to me.The website is a bit different but I love the quirkiness of it all.

We tried Dogs by design for our puppy's first grooming. It is the worst grooming I have ever seen. The top of her nose was shaved along with her belly and half her chest. Yet the top of her body not done. So very odd and the cut around her face is very uneven. Looks very odd! She looks like she has a small head and paws on a large body. We have no idea why the belly was shaved since she was not matted at all! Just awful! And it was expensive! 80$ for the puppy who wasn't even nicely and fully groomed! I will never go back and I do not recommend this establishment!

I had/have a current flea infestation at my home home with my 2 cats. I called and Jocelyn was able to get us in right away when I needed to coordinate. She was wonderful! She kept me updated during the day with texts about how the cats were doing. Unfortunately the cats had a lot of fleas and I called her the next day with my concerns and she had me come in right away so she could give them (another) flea bath. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She latterly would NOT give up until she felt that she got every last flea! I have 2 cats, both long hair, and she was able to shave them both, bath them, clip their nails and clean their ears. The cats aren't real happy with me right now, but I know they feel better getting all those fleas off! 100% recommend her and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Huge thank you to Jocelyn!! She got my kitty in same day.. and she was so patient with him. She let me stay with him during the process.. nail clip, de matting, lion cut. Very reasonable price and could not ask for better!! We will def. come back!!
