My wife invited me to Empower Yoga for their 20th Anniversary. I was nervous at first since I didn't know what to expect; did I mention it was hot yoga; yikes! Instructor Eileen did a wonderful job going through the different poses and kept a good pace for beginners like myself. Looking forward to my next class at Empower Yoga!

The teachers care so much and provide a n environment that encourages using yoga as a tool in life’s challenges. Wendy and Eileen and Leah are wonderfully strong and provide a great yoga flow power workout as well as a healing balancing experience! I highly recommend Empower and Solstice.

Never was huge into yoga until my friend introduced me to the sculpt yoga class with weights! 10/10 recommend! The yoga instructor Stephanie is amazing!

Empower Yoga is the cure I need to a busy day and week. The instructors allow you to make the modifications you know your body needs. They are friendly, well trained and it allows for the perfect sweat. As a local real estate advisor, I highlight Empower Yoga as Beverly’s go-to yoga studio.

Hands down, best studio on the North Shore. I was a Baptiste die-hard for many years when I lived in Boston. This is the only studio that comes close to that experience.

I have attended class at the studio with three different instructors (sofar). Each class was well-constructed, an excellent work out, and a very enjoyable experience. The instructors and students are friendly and welcoming to newbies, the studio is clean, the class schedule is very convenient. I highly recommend this place! I consider myself lucky I found it!

Called several times about restorative yoga left messages nobody even bothered to call back. Even tried going by and that didn't seem to work either the door was locked during business hours.
