I’ve been taking all my dogs and cats here for nearly 20 years. I am always touched by the level of care the entire staff shows to my 4 legged loves. I’ve said goodbye to the best dogs and introduced new additions to our family. … the level of care is matched only by the exceptional compassion they offer. I trust them implicitly with all my beloved furry family. I have 4 kids as well so I’m not just dig/cat mom … they get it and are SO accommodating. Their prices are inline with other vet services who offer a fraction of what Farms Vets offer. Can’t say enough about Rachel and Dr Watson! ?❤️

My pets have been going to Farms Vet for decades. The entire staff, vets, techs and office staff are amazing! My dogs usually see Dr Watson- they all love her. Recently, I've been working with Dr Huang, she has shown an extraordinary amount of caring. My dog is going through some serious issues and Dr Huang has called me several times to work out a treatment plan. What the Farms Vet team does for pets extends beyond the office visit.

Dr. Watson is one of the best! She always knows how to make you laugh even during tough times with our fur babies. Extremely knowledgeable and will always put your pets needs first. Thank you for everything, Dr, Watson!

First off I would like to say the owner Rachel is very kind and accommodating, and I do HIGHLY recommend Dr. Watson she is very knowledgeable and has always made an effort to answer our questions and help our animals when we can get ahold of her (not her fault more so the front desk). I do have to say I have a lot of problems with the way my kitten's care was handled which I did address multiple times but there seems to be no change. To give some background I rescued two kittens in Sept. who were scheduled to be euthanized down in SC. When I got them I brought them into Farms taking their first available appt. The doctor we initially had did not seem knowledgeable in cat/kitten care. She missed diagnosing our kittens with ringworm even though our girl cat had a very clear ringworm patch (it is clear now that I have researched ringworm). This caused our kittens to not be diagnosed until they had ringworm for three weeks causing them severe pain. They took no ownership of this mistake which was disappointing considering upon showing the picture at VEG they said it was very obvious. When I brought them back in multiple times for URI's and Conjunctivitis that they contracted while in the shelter I was made to feel like a bother by the front desk staff and told to take them to urgent care nearly every time I called. This made no sense to me considering this is my kitten's vet and I understand they are busy but they would not even give me the courtesy of a phone call following up on my questions/requests. I was always told they could not recommend anything without bringing them in, but how am I supposed to bring them in when they say there are no appt.s till the following week?Unfortunately, all the missed diagnoses at the beginning led to large complications and our vet bills skyrocketed. I do want to say the owner was very kind to give us a payment plan, but the office staff made it a point to continually make insensitive and unkind comments on our bill even though we have made efforts to pay every month. Our female kitten, unfortunately, passed away last month after being diagnosed with feline leukemia. I had called a couple of days before she passed at the emergency vet to get an appt and once again I was told the best they could do was the following week even though I stressed her symptoms they did not seem to care to fit her in. I know for a fact they have fit in other sick animals as my own appts have been pushed twice for it. I did not mind but it seems to be selective, and there was legitimately no care for the fact that my kitten passed away. I got a condolence from my vet upon seeing her at the following visit for my male cat, but the front desk was extremely cold and only seemed concerned about how much of our bill we were paying. I understand they are running a business but our fur baby just passed away that week and that level of disinterest and cold shoulder was hurtful from people who SHOULD care for animals even on a human level. My review ultimately stems from the fact that I have gone to a new vet today. My male cat is healthy but we had some concerns based on his sister's diagnosis we called on Monday wanting to share some symptoms we were concerned about with our vet. Once again I was brushed off and told I would receive a call I followed up yesterday and today and still no call. The truth of the matter is that they just don't seem to care. Today was a breath of fresh air! We took him to Northeast Vet Hospital which I would argue is busier than Farms and they fit us in for a 3pm appt. no probing to see "how bad" it actually is. They took my concern seriously and they acted on it. That is the care that every pet parent and pet should receive and deserves to receive. They took time to answer our questions and did a thorough exam on our cat.I hope that Farms can understand that the way they treat pet parents actually matters and that when we stress concern it's for good reason.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My childhood dog was a patient of Dr. Watson's until he passed away in 2020, and my dog has seen her for the last 6 years. Since then he's had numerous appointments, some just physicals, and some for concerns. The entire Farms Vet Team are always extremely patient, kind, and most importantly, empathetic. Dr. Watson is thorough, and listens to any and all concerns. It never feels like Cooper is just another patient. He has undergone heart worm treatment, as well as a tumor scare and throughout both of those situations, we have felt nothing but cared for, supported, and comforted knowing that he was under the best care by a staff who truly love animals and their patients. Thank you thank you thank you to all of the Farm's Vet Staff!

We have been going here almost 3 years. We have a very nervous and anxious rescue dog we adopted when she was 1 1/2.The staff , techs, vets have all gone above and behind for Luna. We absolutely love how caring and compassionate they have been with her.We also have a goofball rescue puppy they have been caring for since last April. They’re also amazing with Cash to keep him happy and carefree in their care.Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Watson is very caring and listens to questions and concerns that I may have. I trust my dog, Bentley, in her care 100%, and I never feel rushed, which is important. The Staff is also wonderful. Thank you for your great care!
