I work up the street on Cherry Hill from this location and been coming here for the past 2 years at least 2-3 times a day. I live in Gloucester and wait till I come to Beverly just to get my coffee where the service was great, and the coffee was for the most part made right.Unfortunately, the man working the bagel station this morning around 7:30a.m. was so extremely rude and disrespectful I was beside myself. He got so angry that I reached over to grab a tray for my 3 coffees. He snapped and yelled how customers just come in and do what they want and reaching for whatever they want. I looked at the women on the register and apologized for grabbing the tray. She said it's ok with an I'm sorry look where she knows who I am where I am there that often. After grabbing the rest of my order, I walked over to the convenient side of the store to buy a couple lottery tickets when the same man proceeded to speak loudly for me to hear "She just thinks just can just come here and do what she wants like she own's the place!" I was in complete disbelief when I heard that. I am a very frequent flyer at this store and always treat everyone with respect. I grabbed a tray where I had purchased 3 coffees, and they were very busy where it was early in the morning. I spend almost $10.00-$20.00 per day there five times per week to be treated with such ignorance and disrespect. I will no longer order any coffee there again after the way I was treated. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff is very pleasant.

The cashier was so nice, yet clearly scared of the sarcastic j*** of a manager mopping the floor. I could of been a bigger a*hole than you if I wanted to, lady. But I choose to be pleasant. I'd rather run out of gas and not win on my scratch tickets than give that miserable sarcastic person a dime.

Your store is open until 12AM but lottery shuts down at 10? Really? The lottery hours are arbitrary depending on who is working. Can't you have an 11 PM closing for lottery sales that is strictly adhered?
