They promptly called me and worked to deliver it on the scheduled day, even though the new address was in another town and they were very busy with a major holiday. “Whether you are looking for floral arrangements for an event, a simple bouquet to say I am thinking of you or a last minute bouquet for yourself Ward's is the place! The staff is always happy to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Kim and Debby are always smiling ready to help. I am editing this review to say thank you... when my Grandmother passed away, the first and only florist I would even consider using was Ward's. The minute I walked in and saw Kim I knew my family and I were in good hands. She was kind, sympathetic, patient and knew somehow knew what we wanted even when we didn't. She even helped us with the perfect arraignment from Grandma's cat!!!!!The next day I went back to finish up the order and was greeted by Debby. She (as always) was so kind and helpful. Kim and Debby THANK YOU! You made a difficult time easier. I know it may seem I only come in for the Pup's but you guys are the real reason I trust you when I need the perfect flowers.”
