I have always valued their honesty above all! Following a standard maintenance visit my car dealer informed me I needed two new tires - one had a nail in it. They would take care of it then. I refused. Went to Hogan - they inspected, did test drive and said tires were fine. I have been a customer ever since. My experience with dealership was not my first nor will it be my last where ageism rears its ugly head. I am a 75 year old widow, gray hair, 4’10” and apparently that profile can be interpreted differently by others. I have no need to share the times I took on daunting challenges and won. Hogan Tire treats every customer with respect and transparency!

I set up my appointment and brought in my car on time, and it was taken care of right away. The technicians are nice and professional. They also pointed out other things that needed attention. I had an alignment done, as well as tires mounted and balanced. Great prices for the quality of work that was done — you get what you pay for.
Trustworthy, conscientious technicians.

The tires my vehicle requires not a lot of shops sell. This is my 2nd time going with Hogan for the purchase of 4 tires. They are quick to get you in for service and prompt with questions and keep you notified through the entire service appt. I would very much recommend Hogan Tire in Beverly, MA.

I had my snow tires Installed for the season. They were mounted so it was a quick easy fix.
The other car I drive needs four new tires in the spring. I am considering not bringing it back to Hogan tire because of the relentless text. They sent me to keep confirming my appointment day and time they did it constantly for a couple weeks before my appointment.. Even up to the morning of my appointment, although I responded each time that I was confirming my appointment.
Extremely aggravating and unwanted and unnecessary.
I hope they change their policy about the constant text of confirming appointments
