Called on the phone to ask a question and was yelled at and told “I'm going to have to wait” to be placed on hold for 10 minutes. Only for whoever answered to come back with a big attitude problem and to tell me that I needed to call someone else. Literally 0 help I would absolutely recommend Jackson Hewitt a little further up Cabot st. Way nicer employees and way better atmosphere. Update: I called Jackson Hewitt up the road and they were able to help me even though it wasn’t their software. Definitely go there instead.
