I had an appointment scheduled between 8--12 this morning. I got an email at 7:03 this morning letting me know that Jayden will be my technician and will be arriving between 8-12. I get a text at 8:56 saying: Sorry to see you go. We have canceled your appointment. If you need to reschedule visit... I call the 1-800 number to see why I was canceled. They don't know but will connect me with the Beverly shop. No answer, no voicemail. I call back the 1-800 number. They told me that they would get the manager to call or email me and tell me why they canceled. It is now 12:15 and I heard nothing. Thank you for wasting my time and I won't be rescheduling. With service like this, it won't be long until the Rantoul St Safelite building becomes another high-rise condo building.

Worst company ever. You can tell by how many terrible reviews they have.NO phone number, and their computer system doesn't work with Geico insurance. Really????I scheduled an appointment on the phone for 4:00, through Geico, and they didn't show up.They went home because they didn't "see" the appointment.Awful.

Beyond horrible service. I made an appointment for 5 days later through my insurance noting my car make and model. The morning of the appointment, at 730 am, before the business is even open, I got a call from a random number leaving a voicemail saying my appointment was canceled, they don't have my windshield in, and they don't know when they'll have it. 'They'll call back WHEN THEY HAVE AN ETA on my windshield'. Are you serious? My windshield not being in stock and that it may not be in for the time of my appointment should have been communicated to me ahead of time. Now, I'm supposed to what, wait indefinitely with an undriveable car? Unbelievable. I will be doing everything I can to take my business somewhere else.EDIT to RESPOND TO OWNER: It is not the ordering of the glass, or the fact that it didn't arrive on time that is really the issue here. It is the lack of transparency and communication. At no point in making my appointment was it communicated to me that my glass wasn't good to go or that my appointment was at risk. And then when the appointment was canceled...at 730 in the morning the day of...it was done so with a random phone number that never picked up a return call, and the main business number has no way to access a person. Its 4 days later, I have had to contact my insurance company multiple times since then to try and get SOME form of indication as to when I can bring my car in, and no one from your shop has contacted me to let me know when my glass will be there. Pathetic service. Full stop.SECOND EDIT: IT ACTUALLY GETS WORSE. This has got to be the least professional communication/interaction with any business, in any context, I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After confirming through my insurance company contacting this business, that my glass was finally in stock, I was ON MY WAY TO THE REVISED APPOINTMENT, when they called me and canceled AGAIN. "We never had your windshield and we can't tell you when we will have it". Customers beware, they could care less about your time.

I just left this location. It was so easy to book an appt online. The guys took my car in right away. I sat in the lobby and waited and was offered coffee and snacks. I talked to one of the guys at the desk who was so friendly and fun to talk to.And my windshield was replaced within 45 minutes. It looks great! No issues whatsoever. Couldn’t have gone more smoothly.

It’s not 5 because they had to reschedule my first appointment the day before and it was 10 days prior.Did the drop off the night before. Got a call early the next day and it was done.They even saved my stained glass sticker that I thought I was gonna lose. :)Job well done car was cleaner than when I dropped it off.

Tired to have my windshield replaced three times. first they said the new one was damaged. Second attempt the wrong one was ordered. Third attempt they said they plugged a scan tool and there a code they can't clear there for they can't replace my windshield until that's cleared by the dealership. Took my van to Mercedes and there is no code and furthermore stated they never even heard of that happening. " if it did it would show on my dash". The dealership also said they weren't aware of any auto glass company have a Mercedes scan tool!!!!! Prior to this my appointment got canceled twice so five attempt. The most frustrating experience I think I've ever had. Im leaving in 5 days across country in this van I lost 2 weeks of dealing with this crap.

They made two appointments to have my car window fixed and they didn't show up for either one. Texted me at 11 pm the night they were supposed to show up earlier in the day saying they scheduled me for the following day. They are not dependable. Apparently a person is supposed to wait around for them day after day with no service. I would use another company if you want your job done. They dont show up!

They left glass shards and scratches on my dash and pieces on the floor. Also im missing grommets to hold down the trim along the windshield.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Made prior appt for 9am but they're already 'behind', quoted over 2 hours for pre scheduled windshield replacement. Rescheduling somewhere with less lazy workers

I had my windshield replaced at the shop on Rantoul. The service tech was great, installation looks clean, parking sticker and inspection sticker moved to new window, window was cleaned. I would def use them againService: Auto windshield replacement
