DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! I bought a 2022 ford f-150 with under 30,000 miles 6 months ago from McGovern ford in Beverly. 4 weeks ago the rear differential siezed up on the highway (scary situation). They have had my truck now for a month and still have no idea when it will be fixed. The service department has not reached out to me once in the four weeks to update me about anything relating to the work being done on the truck. I asked about a rental car considering I had nothing to do with the truck breaking down and I was basically told that's not on them. Terrible customer service to say the least. As a member of the boston carpenters union I have many co-workers looking for trucks and I am advising them all to stay away from McGovern. I suggest you do the same.

I had a great experience buying my Maverick from McGovern. From my initial conversations with Amanda when I inquired about a car to finalizing the paperwork with Chris, everyone here was personable, kind, and always ready to help. Chris, John, and Cody all stayed late to clean the car and help make sure it would be ready to be taken home the same day. Even though they ended up working outside of their regular hours, there was absolutely no pressure throughout the entire sale process. The process of buying a new car and trading in my old car was so smooth, I would definitely come back here to buy another car.

I was happy with this dealership when it was Kelly. Their recent change to McGovern is disappointing. They charged me more to do less basic maintenance and didn't alert me to either their price changes or reduced effort. Now I need to go elsewhere to accomplish the basic maintenance I wanted--a waste of both my time and money.

Excellent experience with Kelly Ford in Beverley. I didn’t expect to leave the lot with a new Maverick, but the opportunity presented itself and I went for it. The sales rep, Ambrose Orlando, was knowledgeable and helpful. He and the Kelly staff quickly and efficiently brought me through the buying process. I would certainly recommend Kelly Ford.

Absoulty horrible my truck that i bought there has turned into the worst truck i jave ever owned and the complete worst dealership to deal with or have repairs done at for second or third time my teuck has sat there for over a month while many other cars are worked on. And the bonus kicker i payed for repair they screwed it up and surposidly fixed it but never passed test drive and now it just sits there

Great experience!
Update 8/2025- Unfortunately I had to edit this review, because since about a week after I drove my brand new Explorer ST off the lot it's been nothing but headaches. It's currently sitting at the service center again for another week. I know things can happen with new cars, but the main reason for changing this review is because the overall customer service and communication have been awful. Really disappointed and won't be buying anything at Kelly Ford again.

I arrived at Kelley Ford in Beverly with Open arms. Some of the Friendliest people I’ve met. A salesman named John took his time and made sure I got the truck I wanted. I got a better deal Then I was expected I am very happy with the purchase I have. I definitely Recommends If you’re in the market for a new Ford, this is the place to go.
