“I had a wonderful experience consulting with Katie for my kitchen renovation, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a designer who has an incredible eye and truly excels in every aspect of her work. Katie has brilliant design sense and is also incredibly practical. She knows exactly how to deliver an amazing result while staying within your budget. This was my first major home renovation project and I had a LOT of anxiety about the process. Katie was an absolute lifesaver and put my mind at ease. She took the time to patiently explain how everything works, who does what, and always communicated professionally and timely. I was so appreciative of her transparency regarding pricing. SHe gave me fantastic, honest advice about what creature features I should (and shouldn't) include to ensure the kitchen perfectly fit my cooking and lifestyle needs, rather than just trying to upsell me. She also connected me with an amazing GC who has the same caring and professional approach to customer care. If you want a brilliant & trustworthy designer who will advocate for your vision on your budget, I would 10000% recommend working with Katie & Right Angle Kitchens!”

“We recently had Ital Marble design and install a marble fireplace surround in our home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Kelly, the designer, was fantastic from the start. She really took the time to understand our vision and expertly matched the marble to the style of our house, helping to bring the design to life. Her knowledge of the inventory was impressive, and she provided thoughtful recommendations throughout the process. The turnaround time was quick, and the installation team was professional. While the initial fit wasn't quite what we had envisioned, Ed, the owner, was quick to address our concerns. He personally came out to review the project, made valuable revision suggestions, and oversaw the adjustments to ensure everything was perfect. The final result exceeded our expectations – our fireplace surround is absolutely stunning. Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of the work and the level of service we received from Ital Marble. Highly recommended!”

“Fitzgerald Tile deserves every bit of praise. We came in with a tricky situation — a ½-inch size variance between two tiles we had purchased elsewhere for a checkerboard pattern — and Tom and Vivianne could not have been more knowledgeable or more determined to help. They walked us through every option, found a replacement tile that would work in the same week, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our project stayed on track. They even rush-ordered grout for us, and it ended up looking better than what we had originally picked. Their customer service is unmatched, and we left wishing we had found their store sooner. We will absolutely be using Fitzgerald Tile for all future tile projects!”

“I’m looking for a kitchen faucet with a long shank for butcher block counters and just had a most helpful phone conversation here with a person who went to their storeroom, measured the shanks, and gave me model numbers and other info! My husband has picked up parts from them for years for small plumbing repairs and I appreciated their taking the time to help me with my design problem! Adding to this review. It was Mo who helped me and the info he gave me let me sort out what would work and I was able to call back and order.”

“We love Kitchens by Hastings! My husband and I bought a 100 year old house in Medford last fall that was in need of some TLC. The first order of business was to try and transform the dark, dreary kitchen. We met with John, the owner, and he showed us an amazing 3D design of what our kitchen could potentially look like. It was so amazing to be able to say "I wish we could have this in the kitchen..." And then see it in real time with the design tools. John was extremely helpful in designing the new layout of our kitchen for optimal function and appealing design. We literally have the kitchen of our dreams now and couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Kitchen by Hastings - you will be in good hands!!”

“I'm updating my review with new pictures now that our backsplash is up. The kitchen is now the highlight of our house. The redesign we did with Nancy and Heartwood changed the feel of the entire first floor.”

“Our kitchen cabinet door came off its original European hinge only days before Thanksgiving. Matt came to our house to see the situation the same day we called. He replaced the hinges the next day. He could not have been nicer or more efficient.”

“I usually don't write reviews, but I have been so pleased and impressed with EVERYONE I've dealt with at Peabody Supply that I truly wanted to write a review. I am in the middle of a major bathroom remodel, acting as my own general contractor (never again!) and I have had to rely heavily on guidance from my plumber and staff at plumbing supply companies in my search for product. Peabody Supply is hands-down, the best company I have dealt with. I give them 5 stars for customer service, knowledge, quality, and price. Heather Reed in the Peabody location is a true pro and has been a delight to work with. The same can be said about Nick Lowery in the Kinston office. In fact, other staff that I talked to briefly by phone or in person have been great. From this day forward, they are my one and only plumbing supply source.”

“Bought an hour glass table with a glass top didn't realize when I was putting in my car that it wasn't attached to the top the top fell off and shattered in the million pieces in the parking lot. The staff there is amazing They offered to give me my money back and also swept up everything in the parking lot. I'm broken hearted that I didn't get to take the table home but I couldn't be more grateful how I was treated.”
