Can we add more stars !?! We initially hired Rosalee Discipio to help us sell our home based on her amazing reviews and we are honored to add ours to them! At our first meeting with Rosalee, we felt immediately confident that she was the right fit for us. She is smart, friendly, and relatable. Rosalee not only knows the ins and outs of her business, but has an absolute passion for it as well as a strong sense of ethics. She has a gift for connecting with people and we felt confident knowing that she would be interacting with potential homeowners as well as their realtors. She helped us come up with a timeline for selling our house, strategically pick a listing price, and gave us great advice and feedback on how to get it ready for sale.
Rosalee is also supported by an incredible team at Lamacchia including their office manager Brianna and their photographer and videographer. The photos and videos were thoughtfully presented and beautifully told the story of our home. We had over 100 people through our open houses on the first weekend and received multiple over-asking offers. We just closed today and every step of the process was smooth sailing. I sincerely can't say enough great things about Rosalee and we look forward to working with her again in the future.

David Wallace was a true professional and wonderful to work with. As a home owner of over 21 years, this experience was filled with many emotions. Dave made this difficult process easy to navigate, communicating with us every step of the way, and making sure we were comfortable throughout the sale of our first home. We have only AMAZING things to say about Lisa Hayford and our home buying experience! In the crazy home buying times we are in right now we slowly started looking in July 2022 when we reached out to Lisa to help us find our new home and then we closed on our first home in December 2022!! (Way quicker than we expected in this market and so happy about it!) She was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions (which was a lot because we’ve never been through the home buying process before, thank you Lisa!) and on top of all she knows in real-estate, my husband is a Veteran and she is so knowledgeable with all of the VA home buying benefits and the process! I would recommend Lisa to all of my friends, family and any Veterans out there looking for a new house. We just closed on a home after a few months of searching and Francesco from Lamacchia was the BEST! Not only did he answer all of our questions as first-time home buyers, but he immediately got to know us personally and never hesitated to point out when a feature of a home would or wouldn't work with what we're looking for.This process would have been far more complicated and such a headache without Francesco's help, and his responsiveness and attention to detail was also a huge benefit. Every step of the way, he worked closely with us to make sure paperwork was submitted, meetings were arranged, and all necessary loose-ends were tied up.Would highly recommend!
