I worked with Alan this week to buy a new, safe car within my budget. My vehicle was still drivable so I wasn't in a rush, but walked in for an appointment on Wednesday and drove a car off the lot on Saturday. Alan handles all the registration transference for a fee, so I was able to leave the old car and take the plates. It would have been a quicker turnaround if not for my schedule!
Alan is a stand-up guy and wonderful to do business with. He was very knowledgable and honest about the cars on the lot, allowing us to sit in and test drive a number of vehicles before making a decision. He does a lot of upfront work and can vouch for all vehicles on his lot being safe and ready to go. He even dedicated a decent amount of his time to listening to a family member's horror story dealing with a corporate dealership and gave lots of great advice about how to move forward in that situation.
I highly, highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car - whether a starter vehicle or making an investment in something higher end!

I bought a car from here a little over a week and a half ago so I've had a little time to think of what to say! They let me look at a few cars just before closing and were incredibly helpful and didn't rush me at all and took the time to help me find what I was looking for. They handled getting the registration from the DMV and covered the inspection as well which made the process a lot less stressful. Buying a car sucks but going here made it suck a lot less!!!! 10/10 experience, will recommend it to anybody I know looking for a new car!

Alan & AJ are the absolute best guys to deal with. There’s no nonsense, no hidden costs, and they handle everything from financing to registration and even get the sticker. My husband and I have been going to Marshall Motors for years and have purchased multiple vehicles and we have always been happy and well taken care of! We have also recommended them to several friends, who have purchased and it’s worked out great. They’re a long time local, family business and they stand behind their vehicles. As with any used car, sometimes the unforeseen can happen but Marshall Motors North is easy to work with and makes sure any issues are dealt with right away. I have recommended them many times and I will continue to do so because they’re honest, upfront and give you personal, one on one customer service each and every time. You won’t find a better local car dealership to trust with your business!

I bought my first car, Honda Civic 2013 coupe in March this past year. I was assisted by Jenny, and from showing options to settling on my car, including giving advice based on my needs, the experience was professional and I felt no pressure from a sales perspective.
Since buying the car, I have put on almost 8K miles, and it hasn’t given me any issues aside from regular oil checks and maintenance.
Would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for value for money.

Jenny and Alan are the best! We have used Marshall Motors twice now and we will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. They worked with us and helped us find a car quickly and within our budget. You don't need amazing credit for them to work with you and find you a great car. They go above and beyond when we were needing something fast. We are very thankful for their help and kindness.

I had an amazing experience with Allen at Marshall motors. He was very communicative right from the beginning Inquiry and all throughout the buying process. He was not pushy at all just simply gave me the info i asked for, no sales pitching. He took care of everything for the RMV. I got a great deal on my purchase and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a new vehicle.

Could not recommend Alan and Marshall Motors North, enough. Alan was transparent, honest, kind, and helpful. Unlike many of my other experiences at dealerships, both for new and used vehicles, I felt like Alan actually cared about making sure this was the right vehicle, that it was not only in good shape and operational, but safe. Jen was outstanding! She came in early so I could look at a car and still make it to my son's basketball game on time. Then, she stayed late to allow me to pick up the car. Overall, the service was excellent, and the car was in very good condition as well. It was a great purchase!

I recently bought a 2014 4Runner from Marshall Motors and had a really good experience. Alan, helped me with the whole process over the phone and was super responsive over email too. I decided to handle the registration myself, and when the DMV messed up the tax estimate, he helped me figure it out and even followed up to make sure it got sorted. He also reached out to the previous owners to get the second key and mailed it to me, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt really well taken care of and would definitely recommend checking out Marshall Motors if you’re looking for a used car

I needed a car unexpectedly after my cars engine died out. I am so glad I came across Marshall Motors. Jenny was great to work with, very transparent and genuine. The whole process was smooth and quick, she made sure I knew all of my options so I felt confident in my purchase.
