“My boyfriend and i bought our house 7 years ago and thought we’d splurge on an extra expensive Jordan’s furniture mattress for our bedroom. After about 7 months, we knew something was wrong with it, there was a HUGE hump in the middle, which made the two sides we sleep on super saggy.
After reporting it defective, i will give credit where credit is due, Jordan’s swapped it for us at no extra cost for the ‘more firm’ version of the same mattress, hoping the one we had received was simply defective.
After another year the exact same thing was happening and we were miserable. Nothing ruins your life like bad sleep, especially with how much we work.
Anthony’s parents recommended we try Gardner Mattress in Salem- they’ve had their bed for over a decade and they’re still in love with it. We went down to the store, and worked one on one with the salesman there, he let us sit on multiple beds and while we did that, he explained the integrity of a mattress us And showed us the inner workings of the mattresses that they hand after you order the model that you prefer. Right away, we felt the difference, it wasn’t filled with foam and fluff, or pillow toppers that made it impossible to rotate and flip over often to ensure level sleeping surface is maintained.
The quality of the mattress is top-notch, and it came at about 60% of the cost of the one we purchased at Jordans Furniture. We’re still sleeping on it today, and every few months I will rotate and flip the mattress over so that it maintains its shape and form, and we are sleeping so much better now! I couldn’t say enough nice things about Gardner mattress, I’ve recommended them to several of my friends who are buying homes, and want to upgrade their mattresses, and i will continue to do so!t!!”
