My print job wasn't particularly complicated, nor did it require much prep work on Minuteman's part, but I had an extremely quick turnaround poster job and everyone at Minuteman Beverly came through for me and then some!
Being a designer, I'd already gotten everything laid out and saved to a USB drive (and called in advance) but they basically dropped whatever else was going on in order to get it done within the hour. Everyone was both friendly and polite at every step of the way.
The print quality of the poster was excellent, with near perfect color accuracy, and they didn't even charge a rush fee (which I was fully prepared to accept).
The one aspect that could use a little improvement might be the interior space, as it feels pretty barebones. A few poster examples framed on the walls, an interesting banner perhaps, along with a simple but comfortable bench in the front would make the interior a lot more comfortable. Still: it's the quality and service that counts most, and on those counts they are solid.

Haven’t met a business owner like Rodica. She’s so welcoming, professional and great to work with. I went there on recommendation from a friend, and they did not disappoint. They helped with the design of my business card, and suffered through multiple edits and reworks. I'm just starting out my freelancing business, so it was nice to have the designer, Alex Pinczok, help with the details. And they gave me a great price, and I didn't feel as though they were selling me on things I didn't need. 10 of 10,would recommend :) ⛰️🌜🕯️🌱

I just had them do a print job for me, and I couldn't be happier!
First of all, the gentleman helping me was quite patient, as I wasn't even sure what to ask for. I was able to communicate what I wanted and he responded with a couple of choices for me to choose from, very helpful and attentive!
I'm very satisfied with the quality of my prints, which is to become a gift, so I was hoping for a printer that knew what they were doing. Did not disappoint!
Also, super reasonable price for the quality! I don't live here, but if I did I would definitely keep using their services. Recommend!

This place is fantastic. I was recommended by a friend to go to Minuteman Press and I am so happy that this was the local branch I went to. The staff was so helpful and they made the process so easy for me. I ordered a few sets of prints that came out beautifully. They made sure the prints fit the paper and size I wanted and cut them for me. Prices were also awesome. I will be exclusively using this place for my prints from now on.

We just moved to MA, and this local printing press has been an amazing find and a huge help to our family. We needed to print a large set of worksheets to get our kids set with their school work, and the team at Minute Man not only produced these two (120 page) spiral-bound books within a few hours, same day pickup, but also the quality was so much better than I could have imagined. We print a lot of materials for our homeschool, and the price was as good or better than any I’ve seen. They were also SO helpful and kind as I tried to navigate sending the PDF to print. We will definitely bring all our future big print jobs here! Thank you!!

I would not recommend this business to anyone planning to use them for a one time occasion. They were supposed to print the addresses on my wedding invitation envelopes and while they were friendly and provided a reasonable quote....the only communication was when I reached out to follow up (they didn't respond to emails..I either had to call or stop in). I was told it was a quick and easy job but when i called to check on the status of my order it was clear they were completely swamped with work and could not follow through with my order in time. It was made clear that my wedding invitations were not priority and this caused a lot of stress. My fiancé and I brought our business elsewhere and the job was completed in less than 24 hours. I am not one to write negative reviews but am putting this out there so people in my situation don't face the same unfortunate stress.
