“All five of these stars are for Serena at the Salem AT&T store! Serena was the only employee working on a Sunday with a long line of customers. She greeted everyone as they came in, helped to manage their expectations on wait times and attended to each customer (sometimes more than one at a time). She was extremely knowledgeable and helped to lower our bill by 30% with some additional tips for lowering the bill even more.
Kudos to you, Serena! You deserve a raise and a promotion! As my mom said, "She could write a book on customer service."”

“I went into this store very unhappy due to having constant horrible experiences at the Lynn Mass Boost Mobile store. I spoke with August I believe was his name at this location about issues I was have with my new phone, and he was awesome. He took the time to go over problems that I was having with my phone, and did everything he could to correct issues with my service that the Lynn location caused, even though August couldn't correct all the issues I was having, the fact he was able to fix some of the issues and my phone especially the internet seems to be running allot better. Also that the fact that August saw I was upset and took the time to do everything he could to correct what the Lynn store did was great. Even though the Lynn location is closer to where I live I'm never going there again. This location will now get my business thanks to August.”

He fixed my issue in no time and was super helpful and very courteous. He fixed it in no time at all. Highly recommend going here and asking for Henry. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on my issues that I spent days trying to fix.”
