I recently got a new gaming pc and I tried to upgrade my cpu on my own and had issues with bios. I Called up and and came in the store the next day and got so many helpful tips and advice. My pc was fixed super quick and everything else was checked overnight with photo updates. Really happy I came in super cool shop :)

My external hard drive stopped working and I was in a mild panic. Thousands of video files - gone. I went to Kyle and he was so cheerful and helpful (no lectures on having 2 backups) and he fixed my drive in about 30 seconds. Life saved. And yes, I’m making a second backup!
