1st time, was not aware of procedure( what was included and how it was different from other salons). I was surprised at first when I saw women getting shoulder massages during manicures and got money out for a tip while waiting for my turn but got passed over. I found out later that it was because of my endpedicure and they guys like to give a shoulder rub while the ladies are letting their nails dry.. I was grateful at end that I didn't get shoulder massage because the guys just hang out and rub all shoulders. Eehhh,. So I was shocked to find a paraffin dip was included the second my hand was gong in t g e very hot wax. Ow! That stuff is surprisingly hot and I did not want it. Free or not, my hands are very smooth. Ouch! Pedicure? Soak both my feet together please. Please warm up water and ask how temp is. Also please soak my cuticles before working them. Really! My right middle finger is losing nail polish today. I wear rubber gloves, and it has been 6 days since my gel manicure people!!! I wish I could show you a picture. Maybe next post!! Hhmpfph!!

Very nice and quiet . Soothing. Great hot stone mani/pedi. Only thing is the price differences between polish types. Whoa. Kim was really lovely. Great job.Services: Pedicure

I drive quite a distance to get here as I can't find a comparable pedicure anywhere else. Nice private booths, reasonable prices and the polish lasts. Definitely worth the drive.

This was the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had. My cuticles were not cut properly, an entire foot was skipped on filing, the massage was $30 and included no pressure. I will not be returning. It was not worth the $105 I spent. I am extremely disappointed.Service: Pedicure

The facility is nice but the actual skilled professionals are lacking. They cost a fortune, took forever, and did not provide quality serviceServices: Manicures

Unfortunately I have to give it 1 star. The message was ok but the rest of the services was extremely lacking. It was cut 15 minutes short. It was so extremely rushed that my feet hardly soaked, she very quickly scrubbed my feet and it looks like my 5 year old painted my nails. I’m in the spa industry and I know what to expect and didn’t receive it. Management didn’t handle it the way I would have liked. They offered 20% off my next service even though I polity said I wouldn’t be back so I ultimately paid full price for a service I wasn’t happy with.Service: Pedicures

Terrible! Paid for my mother to have a manicure last Monday, Dec 27th, ALL the paint had chipped off by 01/01/21. My mother is 76 years of age, she has not doing anything to cause this. She went in to talk to them today and they refused to fix... THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have never been here before and neither have my two other friends who came along with me. We had our reservations for 5pm which is when they take in their last customers. As the time went on and we were getting our nails done, all three of them were rushing so much. The lady who did mine didnt even file them down at the end, so they were all bumpy. A couple days go by and my friend looses a nail by tying her shoes. She didn't even feel it come of when it is supposed to hurt a lot. Later that day, she lost another nail by moving a pillow. She then lost ANOTHER nail by opening the microwave. The next day another 2 nails fall off from doing nothing. I noticed my nails were cracking and I could tell they were about to fall off. I put gel nail polish on my nails that were about to fall off. That has worked up until now and hopefully these nails can stay on for the amount of time that they are supposed to stay on which is 2-3 weeks. I do not recommend this place at all.

I came here with a gift card and I'm glad I did. I got a 'Pump it Up' manicure, and it was amazing, so relaxing. I love that they sit you in your own space without the chatter and distraction of a normal spa/salon.

My gel pedicure was the most expensive I have received in the area and fell short of expectations. The tech neglected to remove the dead skin from around my nails, only filed my 2 big toe nails. I can still see gel polish from a previous pedicure that the tech failed to remove. I also have polish on my cuticles and skin. Although friendly, I don't think the tech did a nice job.
