Unfortunately , like many of these folks in the review section, I had a horrific experience with Ariel after calling AAA to help with my battery. He was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was stupid. Not only was he rude, but he was unhelpful. This person needs to get a different job if this is how they are showing up daily- rude , moody, absolutely no customer service skills and 0 help in coming up with a solution. Do better

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Ariel came to start up my battery and when I said I had to run in and grab my keys because I was in a rush and forgot them, he said and I quote ‘Are you for real bro.’ He proceeded to give me attitude the entire service. Absolutely atrocious.

AAA sent Shane from New Beverly Auto Clinic to my house when my car battery died. He arrived promptly. I was trying to decide if I should have my car towed to the dealership, but I am glad I did not. Shane tested the battery and confirmed that it was not taking the charge. He made sure to replace it with exactly the same type of battery that was in my car. He also checked the owner’s manual to make sure that certain things that had to be reset were reset after he had installed the battery so that the electronics worked ok. My daughter and I have the same SUV and she also had her battery replaced at the dealership a few weeks before - for twice the cost. This review is my thank you to Shane for being the best at what he does and to New Beverly Auto Clinic for offering their services without charging excessive prices.

Responded to my AAA call for a new battery, they were fast, efficient, and pleasant. Very happy with my experience!

If you work with Triple A and drive giant, very able trucks, you can certainly tow cars in bad weather. The blatant disregard for my daughter being abandoned in a broken down car and acting like you could not be bothered when I called to ask why you declined our tow request, was awful. She sat there for almost 3 hours waiting for someone to come get her from a whole other county because of your negligence. And then had to cancel that request because they took two hours to even leave their garage and were an hour away. We had to leave the car overnight, during a parking ban. I’d say this was Triple A’s fault but it wasn’t. You declined our request for tow and you were the first place they reached out to. Funny, you’re the only place in the area that’s open and contracted with Triple A as far as I was told. But, you can’t leave town because of a snow storm, that was rain when you got the request? BS. How do you even run a business like that? You should drop your contract with Triple A. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of your business declining tow requests, either. My intention here is not to sound like a “Karen” but to bring light to a dangerous situation that you could have helped prevent. She was lucky I was able to get to her (in my Toyota Corolla no less) and able to get her home and we didn’t have to rely on you. Oh wait, we couldn’t anyway. You couldn’t be bothered to do your job.

The tow driver damaged my lawn. He was unable to stay on my very wide driveway and dug a trench across my lawn. Very poor.

Had to work with them several times and it's always an unpleasant to pretty terrible experience. Owner is unhelpful and RUDE. Quoted me $1K more than what 5 Star Auto ended up doing the work for. Office hours are unmanageable for any working adult. They were contracted buy AAA to replace a battery roadside one time. Turns out they put the wring one in after my 4th jump. Not one good thing to say about New Beverly Auto clinic other than one of their tow drivers accepted a $100 tip to tow an unregistered vehicle via AAA over the summer.

I would recommend New Beverly to everyone. I had an issue with my vehicle while close by. Even though it was near to closing time with no appointment, they got the car right in, found the problem and got to fixing it right away. They got the parts they needed and had everything fixed in no time. Their prices were very reasonable. Once again, I highly recommend!!

Stay away from this place! I had to have my car towed from Beverly Hospital today and called AAA which sent this company to tow my car. Asked to have my car towed to a certain service station and AAA confirmed the address with us. I woke up after working an overnight to find out that my car was not at the shop that I wanted and this company had no idea where my car was. I was told East Gloucester so spent the day searching for my car. After the third phone call and reporting my car possibly stolen since no one knew where it was, I was then told it was in Manchester. We were told by the tow truck company that the driver Anthony left my keys with someone at the shop in Manchester which was a lie. He left my car window open with the keys sitting in the car and didn’t say a word to anyone. Lucky my car wasn’t stolen! Awful customer service and totally unprofessional.

Anthony helped my daughter when she got a flat tire in Beverly. He was very friendly and got her back on the road quickly. Great roadside service. Thank you Anthony!

I needed a tow and the worker who came from this location stated he was the only worker in Beverly. He came and could not even be of help leaving me on the side of the road where I waited over 5 hrs on this dark very scary road, not knowing if any one ever would! I had to contact customer service to set up another service request multiple times. This is horrible I have never had to be stuck outside for so long with no proper communication. Why have a company that can’t tow?? Why was he unable to tow my car? Why would anyone send out help with out the means of being able to tow a car, and this is a tow company! I am livid with this clinic.
