This is hands down the best auto repair shop in the area. Louis and Roger are the most honest and transparent mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve saved me thousands of dollars over the years. Not only is their work top notch and fairly priced, but they have only recommended repairs and maintenance when it’s absolutely necessary. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about many of their competitors. Highly recommend them!

I heard of Northeast Autolab from a friend who has used them for years. He told me if I was looking for a shop who is honest, fair and does great work to go see them. I just recently did (we needed some internal engine work done) and I can't say enough good things about them. They were pleasant, gave a quote, did the job when promised and now the vehicle is now running great!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

This is my go-to mechanic for the past four years. Their service is fast and reliable. They've always done the right thing the first time and never tried to scam me for unnecessary work like other mechanics. Over the years, they've done clutch replacement, spark plug replacement, full strut replacement, s belt replacement, brake light replacement, and more on my 2007 Scion tC. I trust them completely and will return here for anything until I no longer live in Massachusetts.Services: General repairs & maintenance

My sister and mom have been taking their cars (Hondas + Nissans) to Northeast Autolab for decades. Since I moved to Beverly a few years ago, they have become my go to mechanics now as well. I appreciate the always honest, efficient and highly knowledgeable service. I needed an oil change and also my warning light from my airbags was on. Including the labor and parts my total bill only came to $152. That includes the oil change the oil filter low beam light bulbs and labor. They are extremely honest and well worth bringing your car in for any type of repairs.
