“I was told by 2 other local mechanics that I needed over $1k of work on my Mini Cooper. Mini wanted $275 just to diagnose the problem. A friend told me to go see Jason at Paradise Auto Service. At first Jason gave me the name of someone in Marblehead who works on BMW's & Minis and while I was still in his lot calling them, he came over to my car and asked me to pull it in because he thought he knew what it might be. It was exactly what he thought it was. He ordered the part & put it in the following day. I’ve sent several people to them since. All were equally happy. This was a year ago & I don’t remember the exact amount I paid but I know the part, including labor was less than $100. ?”

“The Jiffy Lube in Beverly on Rantoul Street was a great experience. Today it was over 100 degrees and Alex and his team were all professional and knowledgeable. Given the heat they all displayed great professionalism. I really hope upper management takes this into account and hopefully they get bonuses or promotions.
