I shop here fairly often when I’m around because I work in Beverly and I’ve gotten many great products here many of the employees are great but today I went in and there was a lot of customers I was in a rush and when I got to the front of the line it seemed like a new employee because they wouldn’t let me order anything at the counter and said to go to the iPads and she was kinda rude and I had to just leave this was the worst experience I’ve had there

Used to be the best shop in Beverly Don’t get me wrong. They do have some great products At good prices, especially when there’s a sale. But There’s definitely something up with the point system and I’m hearing this from numerous people. I went in there about a month ago and I noticed I had about 5000 points because I never used them and it would never usually tell you on the checkout page. I asked the employee and confirmed and got a free battery. Then I went in a week later, and I had Matt The bald headed guy serve me Mind you I didn’t use any points that time..next thing I know all my points are gone smh very shady!! Luckily, you do have some good people that work there that I’ve known for a long time and you do have some good products. That’s why you got three stars.

Rude and unfriendly staff. Lady at the window too busy on her phone to buzz me in. Guy behind the counter has an attitude when I ask how it works. Security on the floor “helps” me at the computer and blames me for it not working correctly by asking “what did you do?” Told I can use cash and card while placing order but then I’m told it can’t be split when at the register, so back out to my car to start the entire process over again. The only nice person was the lady with the curly brown hair and tattoos. Not a good first experience.

Charging a dutchie pay fee when other dispensaries do not. This dispensary is stealing from customers. Dutchie pay offee pay by bank with no fee! Insa, AMP and others do not charge this fee. In conclusion, Thrive is stealing from their customer with a fake fee! Attached is a screenshot from thrive and INSA. INSA clearly show no fee.

Myself and my mom place weekly delivery orders and the gentleman that delivers is always very patient with my elderly mom. As someone else who left or if you said they have the best menu of any dispensary Adventure they have great prices great deals. I never actually been into the store but everything online is super easy and I'm able to get great deals and have it delivered to my house which is super important to me because I work a lot and can't always get into Beverly
