Tried telling me my upper control arm bolts were stuck, but they were never adjusted in. The castor was never touched in. The truck is still pulling to the right steering wheel is not straight wasted $125 for alignment do not come here.

My fiancé and I have been bringing our cars here since owning cars; Ronnie and his team are the best in Beverly. They are always very transparent with costs/etc, and will take the time to explain everything if you have any confusion.

I am fairly new in town. My car needed some work done, so on a whim I chose this business. The man I communicated with was very kind and courteous throughout the entire process, and the cost was very fair. The work done was excellent and my car drives like new. I am happy with every aspect of how I was treated. They thanked me for my business. I found my new favorite mechanic. Ron does extremely good work there always at a reasonable rate. He is a nice fellow as well, pleasant and jovial. I bring my daughter's car to Park Street. He always fixes her 11 year old car so she can pass state inspection .Elliott street is a congested and frustrating location; but the quality of work at Park Street Auto is worth traffic aggravation.My only regret is not finding his shop sooner.James Dennehy
