It seems 3:00 p.m. was a good time to call Santander Bank in Beverly. Michael C. was pleasant, patient and helpful as he answered my question about a survey email from "Santander" - was the $15 Amazon egift offer legit? and thanked me for being cautious.
To help me understand another recent suspicious mail I got (different bank), he affirmed banks may issue remediation checks out of the blue/even though an account has been closed for many years.

Normally I don't write reviews, but for this place, I'll make an exception. As someone who has recently turned 18 and am just entering the "adult world" opening a bank account had made me a little nervous. However, Inas, the woman that helped me set up the my first ever bank account was so kind and sociable! We connected on a number of things and made great conversation. At the counter where I made my first deposits the nice woman named Donna was also very kind! She even gave me two Santander Bank pens as a welcome. The customer service is awesome, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Associates are less than helpful. I met with a banker for some loan documents and he was very nice but gave an unrealistic turn around time for getting signatures back from back office. Branch manager reprimanding trainee within earshot of customers, completely bizarre situation.I called to follow up and the lady informed me that they were closing in 15 minutes and I should call back the next day. Save your time and visit another branch. These people are miserable

I can't say enough about the customer service at this bank. The staff goes " above and beyond" to make sure the customer is satisfied. I have received random calls ( Sam B) just to make sure I am happy with their services. The tellers are always friendly and give 100% to make sure you are satisfied.

No one answers the phone!! How can this be? Called numerous times during business hours, using the phone number listed on their website. Why is no one there?

I walk to this branch to make a deposit of a $1000 dollars,so the teller took my $1000 from my hand and didn't put the money on my account on the top of that,she out draw $1000 from my checking,so when I realized I was missing $2000 from my account..I'm gonna close my account and neva gonna be going back to this Bank again..On that day I hand a flight that I missed just to resolve this problem..
