There is never someone there unless they’re keeping an eye on people getting change from the machine, they need about 7-9 dollars for a wash hence why the place is always empty, might be cleaner than others but at the cost of a ridiculous unreasonable price to wash and dry.

The small washer are broken I spent 13$ on both washer and no one of them was with water inside and I spent 12 $ on biger one too wash it again and nobody here too help

All new appliances. I use to HATE coming here, but since the new dryers I only come here. New money machine as well. Everyone who left bad reviews is before they got brand new machines. It’s a good place.

Filthy, machines don’t work. Spent over an hour and over $10 and still had to go to another laundromat to finish drying. Salem Laundry further down Cabot Street is so much nicer!!!

Really bad machines. Dryers don't get hot and dryer 47 ate two quarters. Nobody here to help. Place isn't that nice. Not recommended.I opened this again to add we did 4 loads of laundry and it cost $40. Dryers don't get hot and close are still wet.Also my clothes came out of the dryer with hair all over. This place is disgusting

New front load washers that don't work. Seems like my clothes got damp and came out wet and smelly. Hot water is not hot. Dryers never work. Never going back.

This isn't the first time the dryers have destroyed my clothes but it is certainly the last. I tried to contact the owners before but they cannot be reached.If you have any items of value I would strongly recommend going elsewhere to do laundry as this Laundromat has now claimed two BRAND NEW items of clothing.

All. Brand new BIG wash machines.. $4. EachBrand new candy/ soda machines and. Brand new laundry soap machine were u can get all different soaps bleach fabric softner plastic bags ect.. Floors are next then it will b complete. Its totaly changed in past 3weeksAlso there is a restroom but only open when theres a employee there which is only 7pm to 9 pm daily and mon wed friday and Sat 9am to 12But if any1 needs bathroom theres dunks. Rasta paata ans flip bird in the plaza. And theres 2 change machines ones in back some people dont notice. But people take advantage of it not being supervised so 6-7 people a day come in and get 20$ 40 in quarters every day then customers have to leave to go get change. It BSBUT OVERALL ITS CONVIENT.. QUIET AND ITS COME A LONNNG WAY.....

I really like that bigger women darnaaryis she help me bring my stuff to my car and was really good at help me do my laundry great employee. I have been going for a while I was going to use another one but this place is great with her here.
