I’m sad to say I feel like The Nail Studio has lost it’s way. My family have been loyal customers for years, we would only have our manicures and pedicures done there, but we are done. The Nail Studio used to take care of their customers, put them and their experience first. The pedicures were amazing, and the 5 minute shoulder massage while you waited for your nails to dry were the best part, and one of the reasons we kept coming back.
Over the past year we noticed things changing; the technicians seem more rushed and unhappy, there are no more shoulder massages, and you wait forever to have the 10 minute leg massage that is part of the pedicure. The technicians should take care of the customer and provide the whole treatment, instead now the technician quickly takes care of your nails then you sit around and wait for the rest of the treatment when they can get to you.
Yesterday was the final straw for us, we had a scheduled appointment, were sitting in our chairs for 20 minutes waiting, and after being there for a full hour I was still sitting, waiting for my turn to have a massage. The kicker was how frustrating it was to see other customers come in and get full treatments and leave while we were waiting, with no communication. It felt like we were an afterthought and unwanted. Well, I am happy to take my money to another nail salon where I will be appreciated and treated with respect.
It’s a shame because we have three generations of women in my family that frequented The Nail Studio on a regular basis. They need to rethink their customer service and stop making their technicians work so hard.

I brought my niece in to get her nails done for graduation. Dina painted my nails a simple and short green and I’m very happy with how they came out. My niece got acrylics by Kevin did an amazing job with the flower detail and French tips.

I was brought in 20 minutes late after I had made an appointment. I needed gel tips removed and Amy rushed through removing them and removed part of my natural nail on every finger, you can see in the photo. Then she left to take care of someone else and I was left to sit there while multiple people who came in after me were seen. The front desk manager could see I was waiting so he came and started clipping my nails quickly and then said it would be better with a technician. Finally after waiting more they found another technician to finish my nails but they went quickly and left bubbles in the topcoat which then I had to ask to have fixed. I ended up being there for an hour and 45 minutes and it looked horrible in the end. Worse is that now my natural nails will have to grow out all the way to get rid of all of the dents they made in the nails with the acrylic bur. I’m so disappointed in my experience here. I had a pedicure here before which was fine, but this was a disaster in outcome and service.

Place is nice, people are friendly, but rushed my pedicure. 25 min was all it took, my feet didn’t get to soak at all. They needed extra attention and I understand it can’t always be perfect but my feet don’t look like I even got a pedicure. After I left I realized they over charged me by $10 and didn’t catch it, I also tipped $10 so they made an extra $20 off of a $37 basic pedicure. I have called 11 times to discuss it with them and cannot get through. This was the first pedicure I’ve gotten in a year and I just wasted my time and money. Do better.

I called for a last minute appointment after work for a dip manicure and left disappointed. I had Helen, who was sweet and engaging, but sadly my nails did not reflect my experience or the price. They came out very thick and many of them with my bare nail still “undipped” on the sides. I am not one to complain as I understand customer service but was sad to see good reviews and leave disappointed and $70 short. Sadly would not return.

Stopped in on a whim. This place is fabulous. I’ve never seen a bigger selection of dazzle dry colors. Amy was great. I’ll definitely be back

Don’t get eyebrows done here! Costs 15 dollars which is incredibly costly for how poor the job is. The tails of my brows are uneven and they didn’t look cleaned up whatsoever. Had to go home and try to fix it myself but can’t.Service: Waxing

I got a gel manicure done here 5 days ago - 2 days after they started to chip/peel I came back today in hopes of getting them fixed and instead of offering me a complimentary color change (meaning I didn't need the entire manicure again just the gel removed and redone) the man at the desk offered half off...just ridiculous considering they were done incorrectly the first time. Super disappointed in the customer service I will be going elsewhere from now on.
